The pool house, tiki hut, pool and fenced in yard are not shared and for your enjoyment only during your stay.
Located in Boynton Beach, FL. just minutes away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Florida's Southeast coast, waterfront dining, live music, diving/fishing charters and shopping to keep you occupied all day and night. Our property backs up to High Ridge Scrub Natural Preserve Trail with a private entrance at the end of our street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Jim the owner came over on our arrival, introduced himself and showed us how to operate all the remotes i doors as well as outdoors. He also showed us how to operate the waterfall. Then he left us on our own to enjoy ourselves. However, he did give us his # should we have any questions. I highly recommend this property. It is absolutely beautiful. A paradise oasis for sure. I promise if you book this beautiful treasure with Jim you will not be disappointed.

A true slice of south florida living. Excellent location close to the beach and minutes to necessities. This property is very well kept and host Jim is absolutely amazing he has thought of everything from dishes, deep fryers to bug zappers outside! Best staycation ever.

OMG!!!! This was our first time ever renting a house this way, through any side or app. So our only experience with a host is with Jim, your next host if you are reading this review!!!! Everything we have to say about him is easily an understatement, without ANY exaggeration!! He is so very detail-oriented, very very attentive if you absolutely need anything, if not he is always available with a very warm smile and great conversation to go along with it. He takes unbelievable good care of his property, during our 4 week stay, every Monday, with our OK, a very professional pool-attendant came and cleaned the pool for us. As Jim also has his own motorized pool cleaner always handy, just in case the amazing-pool needs a touch-up. The grounds are super well kept. The chez lounges were harmed by the prior renter, even though there were usable ones, Jim went out and got 4 brand new, super comfy and stylish ones, THE SAME DAY!!! this is just an example mind you. He literally supplied us the best coffee for our entire stay. Examples just go on and on really!!! We felt everything was really exclusive for us; our own driveway, the resort-style pool, oh also everything is easily TWO times bigger than you imagine its going to be looking at the pictures, your own, high ceiling cabana style bungalow. You truly feel like you closed out a resort all for yourself. We had our dog with us, the MOST dog friendly stay imaginable!! JIM IS THE BEST HOST!!! BEST STAY EVER!! OUT OF CHARACTERS

If privacy is what you're looking for then look no further. We loved the exterior with the Tiki Hut, pool and so much more. Jimmy had everything ready for us. The pool was a comfortable 80 degrees + The room was cooled. The exterior lights and fountain were running. Everything was as promised.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. This cottage is unique, offering a relaxing pool/waterfall/tiki hut as well as a cozy interior fully stocked with anything and everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Jim (and Milo, his dog) were outstanding hosts, what a neat setup. The area on the back of their property is set up for fun, sun, music, and convenience with privacy. He’s got a Bluetooth sound system setup, multiple TV’s, a grill, and more for all kinds of entertaining. Short distance off I95 on a dead-end street that is beautiful. Enjoyed it a lot!

We read all the previous reviews and Jim’s place exceeded all of our expectations. Jim is readily accessible for any issues- which there was none. No need to go anywhere once you’re there. Pool was great and heated. Tiki hut provided plenty of shade for the midday sun. A private oasis with everything you would need. Will be back.

this place was great and exactly as advertised. if in this area again we would definitely stay here again. I was worried about being in the back yard of the main house - this is absolutely no issue - was totally private, like an oasis. host was great -met us very late as our plane was delayed. great kitchen, awesome tiki hut. grocery, restaurants, shopping all close by. Mattress was a little soft but overall 5 stars.

The strongest thing going for this rental is the wonderful outdoor area. The heated pool and tiki hut is like a mini resort. Jim is a very accommodating host who wants to be sure you have everything you need for your stay. Very nice vacay!

As advertised and Jimmy was a great host! The property was clean, all of the TVs worked great for NFL Football Sundays. Amazingly private for its location. Our dog loved the pool and the fenced in property was great for him too. It was a perfect bungalow place for working - with the waterfall behind me - and the perfect bungalow for making meals, hosting some of kid's friends and for just getting away and still feeling at home. We will most likely book again if available in the future. Special note again for the host - Jimmy - THANK YOU!

We will definitely be back as often as possible. The pool house has everything you need to have a relaxing time. We were there 4 days and only left 3 times because we were so comfortable at the house and in the pool. If you do want to leave everything thing you want or need is close by. We stayed at this property because we were in town for the wedding of my husband's brother, and we decided to turn it into a little mini vacation. Jim's property exceeded our expectations in every way! Our pups LOVED the entire property!!! We have never stayed somewhere so doggie friendly AND so wonderful for us humans too! My husband and I absolutely loved the pool and tiki area, and spent as much time outside as we possibly could! We recently adopted one of our pups, and she can be very fearful of new people and situations, BUT she just loved Jim and Milo too! Both of our dogs spent countless hours just hanging out in the yard, and I think they had even more fun on our vacation than we did! We also used the kitchen and the grill and were very happy with the quality of everything provided. This is a truly special rental, and we are so glad we chose it for our trip. Jim, we hope to come back soon - and we promise to bring Milo's new girlfriends too!

Really excellent property and stay!! The house is just as listed. Very cute and comfortable. The pool area was awesome. You can tell so much care and detail was put into the property. Me and my newly wedded wife had such a beautiful and amazing experience at this property. James is an excellent host and helped us with any questions we had and gave us excellent choices to visit during our stay. He has a sweet dog that loves to come and visit and me and my wife will be coming back eventually to stay again. The property is amazing with a beautiful waterfall in the pool and lights we can turn on around it. We will miss the place but also miss James!

You will wake up in Paradise!

At least that is what we said evetry day that we were here, for the second year in a row--for two weeks each time. First of all, Jim is a great guy, so friendly, so laid back, so helpful, so accommodating and welcoming. The house is so comfortable and laid out in a spacious way for being smaller. It is attractive and well equipped. The pool is wonderful, with its lights and waterall a bonus! The tiki hut is great--wired for sight and sound, and so nice for hanging out and entertaining. Our guests were thrilled. The lights and fans make it so cozy and fun. You can't find a better place to vacation in Florida. The block is so lovely, too. We had a wonderful time and were so satisfied.
