The house is a beautiful house except for a few quirks that aggravated us. First, if you use the fan in the master bedroom be prepared for the light to pop on at anytime between 1 a.m and 5 a.m to wake you up. The pocket doors to master bath were broken and unuseful upon arrival, so no privacy in the bathroom. The master shower drain was clogged and water backed up, so no use of that shower!! All the towels, and i mean ALL the towels and washcloths smell like urine and musk like they have been left sitting wet. I even tried rewahing them all with no luck. The dishwasher only works on normal cycle. The mosquitoes were just awful in the evenings. The pool is stained with a dirty appearance at the bottom. To reach Dorit the property manager you must call a million times because i think she's honostly allergic to returning phone calls. There were any traps all over the house along with ants. No porch light for the front door. The mattresses were very firm and hard which have us back pain the entire trip. So yes, it's a pretty house but to many little quirks wrong that it made our stay unpleasant!

Wonderful family vacay
Great neighborhood and place on the canal. Kitchen had absolutely everything. Beds were great. Everything very clean including the grill. I've already reserved for next year.

Fabulous!!
The property is clean, inviting, with an open floor plan. Bedrooms are spacious, lanai and pool area are splendid; an awesome to start and finish the day! Watching the litany of boats traversing the waterway was entertaining, as was, fishing from the dock.
A beautiful week was had by all!

Perfect for a business trip
The house was a perfect layout for our company trip. The room and bathroom layout was perfect for everyone having their own privacy. The pool and deck area was great for catching some rays and boat watching. Overall, great place to stay.

Great Location
Loved the Layout of the house and the location.
We were disappointed that the pool and spa were solar heated, it probably wouldn't be a problem if we had longer days but with less than half the day with sunlight, the pool was never warm enough for me to swim. In order to heat the spa the pool had to be turned off, and if it was night it didn't heat either the spa or the pool
The house has two master bedrooms but only one had a television and none of the other bedrooms had televisions. The furniture in all the rooms needed to be replaced, the drawers fell out of the dresser in the master, the secondary bedrooms only had nightstands for clothing storage.
There were stools at the kitchen counter in the online photographs but when we arrived there were none. We asked the manager and she arrived with three stools the same day.
The manager was very responsive and said that the new owners were planning on updating and improving the home, but not adding electric heat to the pool.

Great Location with a boat dock
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was good, the neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was solar heated and took some work to use, but the host walked us through the process. Would stay here again.

Great family house
My husband, father and two children love this area and rented this home for a week. I loved the home, pool and being on the canal. The home was perfect, very clean and had all the items we needed. The home even had coolers and pool toys! We were able to fish on the lovely dock and chat with boaters passing by. Dorit, the property manager is very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I will be back again!

Lovely Escapism from the Northeast
Lovely property as it provided a layout to keep track of everyone while providing space. Some items need a little update, Dorit mentioned in a few weeks, that would take place. All appliances worked great. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. The dock provided an opportunity for us to rent a pontoon for a couple of days. The neighborhood is lovely, we stayed local and island hopped! Dorit was very responsive and a pleasure.
