Pobyt w tym obiekcie rozczarowujący .

Praktycznie tylko odległość od centrum.

Brak możliwości parkowania - Wąskie uliczki . Brak kontaktu osobistego z osobą zarządzająca . Nie otrzymanie pokoju zgodnego z fotką i adresem . Pobieranie dodatkowych opłat za wszystko co tylko można . Olewanie wszelkich naszych próśb . A wręcz straszenie wysokimi opłatami dodatkowymi . Jak jestem na tym portalu od 12 lat takiej przygody nie miałem . Posiadam poziom 3. Pamiętajcie nic z nim na GĘBE -Wszystko na piśmie i potwierdzeni pisemne że zostało zapłacone . Wykonywać filmy aby mieć potwierdzenie Jak było i jak zostawiliście .

Καθαρό και όμορφο δωμάτιο, άνετο στρώμα.

Το ότι έγραφε στην κράτηση ότι το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ του δωματίου είναι δωρεάν ενώ ύστερα στην επικοινωνία μας μου είπε ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω 5€ για αυτό και ότι δωρεάν είναι στο δρόμο. Το σωστό θα ήταν να έγραφε τότε ότι το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ είναι στο δημόσιο δρόμο.

Some bad luck mixed with bad management

The location is great.

The sheets on my bed were full of little holes. There is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. They didn't have any room for my car at the location (even though I sent them a special request for the parking option), but they did offer a garage spot at a nearby house. The problem was that the lock on the garage door didn't work in the morning, and the owner and staff were not available on their phones for an hour and a half. I ended up being late for my class because I couldn't get the car out of the garage. When one of the employees finally came and managed to open the lock, the garage door fell apart and almost fell on the employee. Luckily, no one was hurt. I managed to squeeze the car out of the garage and leave.

Апартаменты как отель 4*!!!

Мы с мужем - путешественники со стажем, и с уверенностью говорим, что это одни из лучших апартаментов, в которых мы останавливались !!! Хозяин пошел навстречу и заселил нас намного раньше положенного времени без дополнительной оплаты. Также и с выездом на час позже! Местоположение апартаментов - идеальное, минут 7 пешком, и вы в центре города!!! По наполнению, дизайну и чистоте апартаменты больше похожи на отель 4* - кровать божественна, что не хотелось вставать по утрам)), всё для проживания есть - мини кухня со всем необходимым, тв с функцией просмотра видео с Ютуба, вай фай, кондиционер, полотенца (5 штук на двоих), биде, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности, сейф, будильник, да даже аптечка!! И балкон - если бы не холод на улице, можно было отдыхать там с прекрасным видом на горы и черепичные крыши... В общем, однозначно советуем!!!

Нормально, но больше туда не вернемся

Расположение удобное. В номере было чисто и тепло, есть мини холодильник, чайник и капсульная кофеварка. Очень большая кровать king-size, спать комфортно. Есть собственная парковка на два автомобиля (потребуется мастерство водителя, чтобы запарковать авто, либо попросить о помощи)

Прямо в окно номера светит фонарь (круглосуточно) очень ярко, вечером и на ночь приходится опускать железные жалюзи. В самом номере светильник только один, очень яркий холодный свет, пользоваться им не комфортно. Очень мало поверхностей для вещей, особенно в санузле, буквально ни одной полочки, даже держателя для туалетной бумаги нет, все либо на полу, либо на маленькой раковине. При использовании душа—неизбежно заливается весь пол в санузле. Пол в санузле ледяной. Радиатор, к сожалению, не регулируется по температуре, поэтому приходится либо его совсем выключать, либо находиться в жаре. Владелец был доброжелательным сначала, но напоследок устроил нам скандал из-за неправильно припаркованной машины на улице (речь об узкой улочке, заполненной наполовину заброшенными и действующими гаражами, парковка на ней стихийная и опасная, мы были вынуждены там припарковаться на 1 час, так как самостоятельно заехать на парковку отеля очень затруднительно. В результате мы буквально были отчитаны по телефону, получили угрозы вызвать полицию, и вынуждены были сломя голову бежать к машине и в дикой спешке уезжать, причем визуально мы никому не мешали— ни когда парковались, ни на момент нашего отъезда).

Ótima opção em Sarajevo

Apartamento muito espaçoso e confortável. Wi-Fi funciona bem. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente. Boa localização. Chega-se ao centro com uma leve caminhada. Oferece a opção de estacionamento gratuito. É gratuito (o que é ótimo), mas um pouco apertado.

Sketchy

It looked as if the location was perfect for what we needed.

Sketchy??? The host contacted me asking for an immediate deposit for the apartment. If the deposit to some bank account they gave me wasnt completed in the 30 minutes, the reservation would be cancelled. We were om the road without any banks in sight, so i texted and told them the ask was impossible. They said they will have to cancell the reservation and good luck to us. A few hours later i received an email with access codes to the apartment. When i said they cancelled my booking the host said ob no they are still awaiting our arrival. This was very confusing and very sketchy for me. We confirmed the host cancelled the reservation.

Trotz spontaner Buchung erst am Vorabend hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Perfekt für kurzen Aufenthalt.

Lage ist Super. Sehr zentral, nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für einen Städtetrip 2-3 tage absolut zu empfehlen.

Appartement ist etwas klein aber für 2-3- Nächte sehr OK.

Stay away from this apartment! I booked it in advance and one night before our stay I was sent the bank information in order to transfer the money. Then all of a sudden the reservation was canceled (luckily I hadn’t transferred the money as I was only given 30 min and didn’t see the message). Even though we tried to contact the owner he never replied. All of this was less than 24 hours before our arrival to Sarajevo! Given that it was the film festival time it was difficult to find something new. With my experience I would say that this person is a scammer and I can only advice you to stay away! Check also the google references!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment for a couple or family.

The host gave us a free upgrade to a duplex apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was well-maintained and clean. The view from the apartment was exceptional. The location was also great, just around 5-10 mins walk from the city center. The apartment was also very easy to identify , we just followed the location on Google maps.

The apartments don't have lifts, so it is a bit tedious, especially with luggage.
