Tolle Wohnung, immer wieder gerne!

Ich kann die Rezessionen der anderen Gäste nicht nachvollziehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön angerichter, die Gastgeberin schnell im Antworten. Wir haben vor dem Haus geparkt, es gab genug Parkplätze draußen. Es gab genug Besteck und wir haben auch gekocht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten genug Platz, wobei man erwähnen sollte, dass es Platz für 7 gibt; meine 4 jährige Nichte hat im Bett ihrer Eltern geschlafen, was ok war. Seife gab es keine aber die kann man mitbringen oder kaufen; ein Lidl ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gab 8 Handtücher. Wer mehr möchte sollte welche mitbringen. Wir sind mit dem Bus in die Stadt gefahren. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Wohnung und fährt 20 Min in die Innenstadt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das nächste Mal wieder bei Brigitte bleiben. Danke sehr.

Nie polecam . Niespotykana niegoscinnosc

Pani ktora jest wlascicielka lokalu jest bezczelna. Krzyczała won , wyzywała nas od idiotow w dniu przyjazdu zanim sie wmeldowalismy. W apartamencie nie było nawet jednej rolki papieru. Parkingu nie było jak w opisie . Talerze brudne i poszczerbione . Uszkodzona kuchenka jeden garnek dwie filiżanki dla 5 osobowego apartamentu. Nie polecam tego lokalu. Wlascieclka mieszka zaraz obok i nawet najmniejszy hałas ja denerwuje. Ogólnie miejsce lokalizacji nieciekawe. Mówią że to jedna z najbardziej niebezpiecznych dzielnic.

We spend only few hours at apartment brigitte, the place was dirty and when we check in there were already other guest s

The host try their best to respond despite language barrier.

The place was not located as the map shown. Drive around 5minutes to reach the location. The apartments itself are quite dirty, with the water kettle unwashed, no soap, no towels provided (they charge each guest for towel), dimmed light, dirty duvet and bed.

Quiet, but wrong address+it took a very long time to get into the apartment

absolute disgusting

Didn't like anything. The apartments and their owner are an absolute nightmare.

The owner of the apartment doesn't care about the guests at all. Refrigerator not working - that's your problem. There are no remote controls for air conditioners - it's still not so hot outside. So we had to move to a hotel.

SCAM SCAM EVERYTHING WAS AWFULL

Hello I just left the apartment and I want a full refund everything was just terrible. So from the start the location and the phone number wasnt the same as the one on your website we finnaly found it after we drived for 10 minutes because the owner isnt helpfull at all. We went inside and it was just dirty the bed sheets we re ripped, we re dirty, they had on them hair and NAIL CLIPPINGS, stains and we believe dog hair and sand or some type of gravel/sand we told the owner the sheets are dirty and thry werent changed. We said we want new sheets she said she works with a cleaning company and she will bring us new sheets at 7 30 pm I asked if she will change the sheets and she said NO we have to do it and I said to her we are not housekeepers and she said she isnt one either imaginr my face when she said that I dont understand how you guys keep people like this on your website. We went to visit the city when we came back we found only 1 pack for one bed but we had 5 beds dirty we erote her on whatsapp all these details and called her and she said she will google translate what I wrote because she dosnt know english. She then blocked me on whatsapp until the morning when she wrote that checkout is at 10 am and never replied or adressed the issue with the sheets or with how dirty the apartment was. But the worst part still didnt came. We left the card on the table as she said in the menu she then said she didnt find it we didnt I told her the housekeepers have to look on the table and to take a picture so I can show her where it is and then she started to CURSE me in slovakian.How can a owner curse a guest I still cant believe it. I am a religious person and this stuff really affect my mental and emotional state this is just not ok please give me my full refund and ban this person off your website. The first photo is with what she said so she is a Manager and a Witch aparently

Decent for the price.

The beds were comfortable, the location is good and quiet, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment was well heated.

The cleanliness was not good, the couch smelled of dog. The worst was the bathroom. When you want to take a bath, you must be sitting or squatting in the tub. There was no toilet paper and soap.

Good for one night stay

Large apartment and very useful if you have a big group. Communication with the host was alright, we found out there was no hot water late at night and she responded to us and tried to fix the issue.

It is not bad but it not that clean which by other reviews we could kind of already gather.

a strange experience, especially the fee for the towels

It was clean and had many rooms with kinda comfy beds.

It was cold, there was no warm water until we texted the owner to check what’s going on. There were no towels and no hand soap and we had to pay an extra 5€ fee for every towel if we needed one.. Also, there were a lot of extra taxes: 20€ for late check-out, 20€ if we left the dishes dirty and so on..

Very nice

The partment looked very nice and gave a cozy feeling, espessially with how quite and peaseful it was. The wifi connection was also amazing.

There was no parking place inside of the property.

Apartment good but facilities and service - the worst

the location and apartment were very good and spacious

Many things: 1. The apartment didn’t have basic things e.g. bathroom rugs. 2. Kitchen didn’t have basic cleaning stuff e.g. Kitchen towels or paper towels, kitchen wipes. as courtesy, no sugar, salt or even basics 3. utensils - an apartment rented for 6 people didn’t even have 6 cups and 6 glasses. spoons and forks were also very few, no tools (we have to buy a big spoon from Lidl to cook even basic things like omelette. 4. The apartment shows there is free parking on property but they didn’t allow us park on them and said they were all booked. but for two days, there was just one car parked in 4 of those parkings. Rest 3 were free all the time but we were not allowed we are sure it is not only our problem as another family arrived late in night and they fought for 30 min with owners only then they allowed to park inside. The free parking on property is a lie. 5. The apartment didn’t have basic things which someone staying for 2 days need e.g. iron(when asked) we were told that maid will provide but she never arrived. 6. electricity was lost few times in night but we were told that there was a fault in transformer so this is beyond their control 7. 6 tenants had only 4 hand / face towels in bathroom which is a joke. not sure how we were supposed to take bath. No rugs in bathroom, no spare towels 8. the utensils need replacement. the frying pan should be thrown as it’s completely burnt, full of carbon burnt, dented. 9. The brochure in apartment it has iron board and iron but it doesn’t have one. didn’t get one even after asking.

There is no hot water in the apartment for more than one person, you have to wait for an hour for the water to come, there is no toilet paper, the staff is very rude, because of the baby we could not go out at 10 am but at 10:15 am, the lady who works is here she came every minute and yelled at us. the apartment is very expensive for this kind of service and the rudeness of the staff

Very basic accommodation

Many amenities were missing: Complimentary toiletries, cleaning products, ironing facilities, iron, coffee machine, satellite TV (local channels only and there are no batteries in the remote control), oven, radio, heating (no remote control for the air conditioner), toilet paper (half a roll for eight people per week), wardrobe or closet (no wardrobes in the rooms). At night the owners dogs were barking under the windows. Contact address is incorrect, the correct address will be sent a few minutes before arrival, which is very inconvenient. We went to the address added on Booking.com with 4 children and luggage before realizing the address is different in the sent sms. Floors were dirty already on arrival and there was no brush to clean (we stayd for a week). Penalties for leaving dirty dishes or for leaving messy appartment. Lack of plates in kitchen just a few dishes not enough for 8 people. Towels were old: yellowing, corners ripped. Mould in the bathroom walls. Owners did not reply to the message after our arrival. We had a problem with washing machine and we never got they help.

The apartment is newly refurbished and looks good. WiFi worked well.

1) Check-in took more than 45 minutes and the staff was absolutely careless. The property is actually at another address than stated in the booking confirmation (Jadranská 41 instead of Brižitská 5). Since the property didn't respond our calls nor messages for more than 30 minutes, we learned correct address only by chance from strangers passing by. After we arrived to the property, the staff left us waiting for another 10-15 minutes with explanation that they were busy with something else. 2) Parking place was not provided despite clear confirmation when booking was done and repeated request after arrival. We were told that all parking places were already taken by other guests and we have to find place on the street ourselves, but 1 place stayed empty over the nigh. 3) The neighbourhood of the apartment looks quite rough for walking alone at nigh, but OK for larger group. 4) There was no soap in the bathroom (empty) although toiletteries should have bern provided. 5) Nearly impossible to take shower in the bath even for children due to extremely low sealing above (impossible to stand up, only for sitting) 6) Again no response to our messages sent after we checked out, with question about stuff we forgot in the apartment. Overall feeling that the property cares about the guests only when making the booking (at that time we got swift responses), but absolutely careless after the payment is done.

Do NOT STAY HERE

Property disaster! We arrived 2 families with 5 kids, we were met by owner son who was waiting us in apartment... When we came inside was really bad smell of cigarettes! Fridge not turned on - and he was "waiting for us" In area we weren't allowed to park 2 cars, on supposed to be left on the street.. In apartment was none of necessary items, such dish washing liquid, hand was liquid, no salt or pepper (at least minimum to prepare food) - it's good that all this and more we had Towels not the first youth, yellowing, corners ripped, mould in the walls , mould in the fake orchid flowers And top of the top was notice in the kitchen - if you will leave not washed dishes and untidy you will be charged by 20euro This area not comply with any covid standards, no sanitising liquid on entrance, hygiene in the toilets, actualy on the floors in the corner were visible a lot dirt In the room was no available double bed, so small child was sleeping in the midle of conection of two single beds, where wooden part we try to make confy with blankets... No comfort Our christmas spirit was ruined, as we travel in bratislava 2021 for christmas... I would never recommended this place to any of my friends Don't know how on booking com they got 3 start Really disappointed
