- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

The parking garage can fit two compact cars or one SUV.
There is also additional parking on site that is first come first serve.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Property worked out great for us. We had nine ladies and we were able to spread out over the three different floors available. It was perfect for our needs and had all the accommodations we hoped for.

We like the cleanest of the property

I was disappointed in the location of the property. It was in an area that I would not have preferred to stay and the host did not disclose this. I felt unsafe. The condo itself was very clean and everything was organized. I would have preferred more towels for the guests. The air conditioner also turned off throughout the night.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and the place was decorated very cute. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms.

Weirdly one sided/strict rental agreement for great unit.
The unit was great, although it is not in the nicest part of town. It is a close drive to bars and restaurants in East Nashville. The property managers were very responsive whenever we needed them.
We were required to sign a contract before checking in that among other weird/predatory feeing clauses, states that the property owners could choose to kick us out mid stay without cause or reason. Luckily for us they did not choose to exercise that right during our stay.

Great place if you don’t need to sleep.
On the plus side - very nice house, great common space and it’s easy to get to all Nashville has to offer.
On the down side - Two of the three bedrooms face a parkway which is extremely loud at all hours and also features flashing lights all night. Those of us in the two rooms on that side of the unit got very little sleep. The two balconies are appealing but unusable due to the sound.

Perfect for bachelorette party!
This condo was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. There was 7 of us and we all slept comfortably. There was a lot of space for us to gather and hangout in the condo as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies which was nice since we brought food to eat there instead of eating out every meal. We also loved how much closet space there is for all of your belongings. The neighborhood is off of the main road so you’re a little secluded but still felt safe. Easy to get to and from downtown as well.
There were only two downsides, you’re right by the highway so it can get pretty noisy and the curtains are pretty thin in the rooms so you are pretty much awake when the sun is up. It gets very bright in the rooms.
