Resort Fun at its Best. This Newly Updated South Shore Lake Resort 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. New paint, flooring and decor throughout! The master has a King bed with master bath and whirlpool tub, while the guest bedroom has one king bed and one double bed with a large wall mounted TV and a full size bathroom. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area TV's in both bedrooms. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. Enjoy access to your balcony from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom! You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished 9 hole mini-golf, Cabana hot tub and game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball and basketball.
The Cabana pool is open for the season. This condo is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Very clean and perfect location. Very easy check-in. This was our first experience with a VRBO. We were please with how easy it was to communicate with the owner and with the overall process. The unit location is convenient to the resort amenities. The unit is showing some age. Beds were very comfortable!

We enjoyed our unit and stay, the amenities were awesome for us and the kids. Loved the ability to have access to hot tub, cabana, pools (numerous) and pickleball, tennis and putt putt golf. I even left my work laptop and bag there and she communicated right away and got it for me back at office before I could return back for it. Enjoyed! Thanks again!

Everything was lovely. Beautiful rental, spacious, clean and we love lake Hamilton and how close the property was to downtown Hot Springs. The cabana and pool house was a fantastic addition to this property. A little disappointed that lights for pickle ball and tennis courts do not work. Had a family tournament planned for the evening when it was cooler but was unable to play without lights. Security person was not very nice

Beautiful 2 bedroom with a lake view and all newer appliances and flooring. Beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. The unit was clean and well equipped, with a TV(with directv and roku) in every room !

The property was very well maintained and clean. The pools ( yes there are 2 pools) were perfect ! The cabana with the hot tub , sauna and game room was an added bonus !
Thia place is perfect if you are headed into Hot Springs , close to everything and very quite ! Only about a 10-12 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs.
This was perfect for us 4 adults and 3 children.

we loved our stay there very clean the views were great and the big tub in the master bathroom was amazing! The beds were very comfortable . The views were great looking over the lake! The only downside to our stay were the neighbors partying all night long in the next neighborhood!

Spent a lot of time in room, was glad for the amenities!
Spent 4 days at this property, and somewhat unfortunately had to spend a sizable chunk of that in the suite with a sick infant. It was great having a functional kitchen, living room, and dining table! The on-site amenities (pool, event space, etc.) were great for our family reunion as well! Only hiccup was that when we arrived our keys were not quite ready for us, even though it was past the start of check-in time. However, we didn't have to wait too long and the office staff were very friendly and helpful!

We had an excellent weekend stay at the condo. The view of the lake from the deck is fantastic! Condo has all we needed, was clean, and check-in was easy. Pool table and mini golf were great bonuses.

Peaceful Vacay
Beautiful spot right on the Lake. The accommodations were perfect for our family, we really enjoyed the hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard etc. Great property!

I loved everything about this place! We didn’t have to leave to do extra activities because the kids were able to do everything they loved doing there. The manager was very nice and answered all the questions we needed and wanted answered in a good timely manner. We will definitely be booking again! Loved it! We were not disappointed at all!

Enjoyed our stay
Overall we loved the place. We were a little disappointed about the mini golf not being available and the indoor hot tub was broke. Also the internet was slow. But other than that we had a great stay. Thank you so much.

Perfect family getaway, especially if traveling with children
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future. There were so many activities to do on the property for us as a family. It kept the teens occupied which was an added bonus. The condo had plenty of space for us and was very clean.

Pleasant stay
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed nice views of Lake Hamilton from the balcony and would love to visit again. Jeanne was very responsive to our requests. The South Shore Lake Resort management was also helpful and responsive. The security officer and Victor were both friendly and polite. Our main door wouldn’t lock, and when we contacted for maintenance, the issue was resolved the following day.

Glad for 2 King Beds
This property was great, especially considering how challenging it is to find a rental with two king beds. There were some ants in our shower, but overall the place was exactly what we expected from the listing.

Property was exactly as pictured. Unit was clean and well equipped (with the exception of cleaner for the countertops/tables). Beds were super comfy too! Our older kids loved visiting the game room.

Perfect Birthday Getaway
I rented this condo for a girls trip with one friend to celebrate my birthday. The condo was great and the location terrific. I have never had such a friendly and responsive owner!! Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water and the beds were comfortable. Would return with zero hesitation.

Very nice place, good communication!
Everything was great, power company had a bad underground wire that blew our which caused the power to go out for about 8 hours, it was not the property owners fault but they did immediately offer to put us in one of the nicest hotels in town while the repairs were made which was very nice of them. Other than that amazing place to stay great views and FIVE STARS!

Great location on the Lake
We had a great experience staying here with another family. We loved the patio views of the lake and the had everything we needed.

Stay 8/18-8/22
Not very clean. Our children’s feet were black on the bottom because the floors were so dirty. Internet connection was poor. The bedroom with the two beds was hot compared to the rest of the condo. The first day we got there the door knob came off on one of the bedrooms but we called the manager and it was fixed right away.

Property and location met expectations
Experience was good, it delivered on promise. Property was pristine, clean. Condo has all facilities working well. Only problem was the WiFi that was slow and did not work for 1 day. If I had to work during my stay I could have had problems.

weekend getaway
The property manager Jeanne Villano was very helpful & nice. The property wasn't easy to find because the street sign and name of property wasn't very visible. I have a couple of complaints:
1. The coffee cups were very dirty.
2. The Welcome Book in the Condo and the welcome email instructions from the property manager need to have the same information (ie..check out time and where to put dirty towels & linens) upon leaving. Also, the Welcome Book needs to be updated because we tried to call a couple of places and the phone numbers had been changed or disconnected.
Other than these 2 complaints...it was a great place to stay! A beautiful view, nice facility, comfortable beds and a very enjoyable and fun weekend with family & friends!!!

Great Weekend Get Away
Great location and place to stay. The only thing I would say is that the internet speed is very slow if your planning on working from a computer while staying at the property. Overall a great place to stay. Clean, Updated, and with a view of the lake.

A little outdated decor, but still a great stay
The condo was a little outdated with a touch of 70/80’s decor, but was super clean & fit our needs in every way! The view was great & we had breakfast on the balcony every morning! Plenty of space for everyone! Highly recommend!

Great Property
We really enjoyed our stay! We had a little issue with a bathroom when we first got there but maintenance quickly got to the problem and fixed it. The grounds were in excellent condition and well maintained. We would stay here again!
