This condo is situated on the intercostal one block from the beach. It has open floor plan with updated kitchen, 2bedrooms and 2 baths. there is an oversized screened in lani, with a large terrace with grill and dock. it has 2 parking stalls and is pet friendly. Condo includes WiFi internet access and multiple T.V.'s enjoy the great location and views , as well, as convenient walking distance to great restaurants and bars. also there is trolley access to famous Clearwater beach and St.Pete. and other attractions in the area. Great location. Able to walk to beach and restaurants. Beach was great for walking due to hard packed sand. At least 4 restaurants within walking distance had excellent food choices and quality. Bathrooms in condo were outstanding with new fixtures and decor. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and essentials plus new appliances. Screened lanai and outdoor patio had new and plentiful furniture and were situated to receive generous sunlight.

Location is excellent. Close to the beach and local restaurants. There was a distinct pet odor in the house. This is somewhat expected in a pet friendly place but it was a negative and hadn’t been cleaned properly. We used pet fresh on all the rugs and vacuumed ourselves to get rid of the smell. There were too many owner belongings in the closets and laundry area. There was a mounted deer head in one of the closets and maintenance equipment, drop chords, power saws etc. The outside area facing the waterway was excellent, including the covered screened porch. With some TLC and declutter if the place would be excellent.

Things could not have gone better and more smoothly for my son and I . The owner was great to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was even better than expected. Spacious. Well equipped. Great patio on the intercoastal. I am already trying to convince a friend to come with me next year.

I have stayed at a few places in the area, and this is by far my favorite. The view of the water is beautiful, from the porch and master bedroom. There was only 2 of us but you could easily fit a family with kids. We do a lot of cooking and everything we could need was there. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say. We absolutely loved our stay and thank the hosts for being so kind and helpful!

Loved staying at this property. Clean, comfortable, roomy and peaceful. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. Views from the patio were awesome. Pat and Gina were so welcoming and SO nice. They gave us our privacy but were there if anything was needed. Will be back as soon as we can!

Such calm water. Wish there'd been a ladder off the dock to get in/out of kayak. The lighted patio was delightful. Happy with generous layout of the condo. Great for long-term rental. Lots closets and 2 big TVs. Need to upgrade dishes, table linens and beach towels. (Or tell guests to BYOTs. Clean off the porch and add a ping-pong table?) Gotta have some new beach chairs. V pleased with beach access and easy parking if dropping off. Being able to walk to all types of eating establishments (including ice cream!) was a real bonus!

My family and I loved our stay here. The location was fabulous. Very easy and short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Pat was absolutely great to work with. The view on the patio/deck area was beautiful, right on the water. The place was roomy and the kitchen was large and stocked great. We will decfinitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to IRB! The unit was clean and exactly as described. Mr. Pat and his wife were gracious hosts. Mr. Pat helped us get our boat launched soon after arriving. He also helped with some issues we had with the boat trailer. It was nice to walk out the back door, get on the boat, and spend time on the water! The unit is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several restaurants and a public beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Our family enjoyed the beach as well as trips to St. Pete and Tampa. The outside sitting area on the canal in the back was where we spent a lot of our time…. All of our meals were eaten there. The duplex had everything we needed. This was another good Vrbo experience for our family.

Super nice place- very clean, very easy check-in- well stocked kitchen with all the dishes and pots/pans one could need- amazing patio on the canal- just a lovely place and we would gladly return- walking distance to great food and wonderful beach, very dog friendly- great communication with owner- this is a top notch place.

Beautiful place with a lot of space

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend, visiting family. The location is perfect. The beach is a couple minutes walk (across the street) and the patio/dock are a perfect place to start and end a gorgeous day. There is a huge screened patio, so if it rains you can still enjoy the inlet view. It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for entertaining visiting family. We can't wait to go back!

This was a great place to stay while visiting and experiencing the area. The location was perfect, very close to the beach, to restaurants and to stores. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors were very friendly. The condo itself is very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect. We loved the quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo is super spacious and well equipped. We loved sitting on the lanai enjoying both the sunshine and rain. The outside areas are private and very relaxing. My son and husband enjoyed a little fishing. Patrick and Gina are very kind and down to earth property owners. They were always more than happy to answer any questions. We can not wait to book our next trip.

The owners are super friendly and I probably don’t have enough space to truly describe our wonderful experience. Great location and just a short two minute walk over to the beach. Shower outside to wash off after returning from the beach. Great patio and screened in porch area with a dock to fish from or just sit and enjoy the cool breeze. The place is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures and is beautiful inside. I don’t think the pictures listed do it justice. Laundry just outside the door and plenty of towels and sheets in linen closet. Spices in kitchen and plenty of dishes and pans and silverware. Pat and Gina were such sweethearts and were always right there if we needed anything. 10/10 recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 4 days in June. The location is close to Clearwater Beach and just a quick walk over to Indian Rocks Beach. The house itself is very relaxing and comfortable, which was perfect for us I do wish we had brought fishing poles as there were fish jumping all the time
