Large and beautiful fully renovated house that can accommodate 12 people in 5 bedrooms for warm reunions with family or friends.
This approximately 240 m2 fully restored house is a call to the joy of living.
Located on the beach road, in Fouesnant, it is close to all amenities.
The house opens onto a very large and comfortable living room.
The large, open kitchen has a central island where you can have breakfast or an aperitif while some are busy cooking.
Equipped with all the equipment necessary to make good meals, it will meet all your needs: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
The dining room table can seat 12 people very comfortably.
The living room is equipped with a large smart TV screen with Wifi available in all rooms and opens onto a large wooden terrace facing south. Games are available.
The Night side offers 5 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms:
The first is a triple room, with bunk beds and a single bed. It is equipped with 2 sinks for the evening toilet.
The second is a double bedroom, with a 140 bed
A shower room and separate toilet complete this first level.
Upstairs, a hallway offers a children's play / drawing area with a school desk.
You will also find the 2nd double bedroom.
A television lounge can act as a children's lounge, so that adults can calmly enjoy the ground floor.
The large bathroom is fitted with a double sink, a large shower and a bathtub for the little ones. Separate toilets adjoin this bathroom ''
A triple room is located on the same level, with 2 bunk beds and a single bed.
The third and last double bedroom has a 140 bed.
The bedding in each room is new and of quality, guaranteeing you a restful sleep.
On the ground floor, in a bright room with a large picture window overlooking the garden, the indoor pool of 6. 50 x 3. 50m is heated all year round at 29 ° C.
Accessible from the living room of the house, a latch closes the door securing access.
A shower room and toilet are available around the pool.
On sunny days, the bay window opens wide to let in the sun.
In winter, this heated room will allow you to swim in any weather.
You also have a washer and dryer.
The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden of around 700 m2.
A large terrace in front is facing due south. Another rear terrace, accessible from the kitchen, offers a barbecue area for outdoor lunches and dinners.
You have 4 parking spaces inside the property.
bed linen is included for stays of 7 nights minimum.
It is optional for short stays (15 € / person)
Exit cleaning is optional: € 250
A deposit check of 2000 € is requested on arrival but not cashed.
The house is still under renovation, particularly at the garden level and the indoor pool. Likewise, the decoration is not finished. We have put these photos to give you an overview, but know that once finished, the house will be even more welcoming and warm

The house, located at the edge of the beach road, allows you to reach the village in 10 minutes on foot, and in the other direction, to the beautiful beaches of Cap Coz, in 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
Fouesnant is a pretty seaside resort equipped with all the necessary shops and endowed with kilometers of stroll on foot or by bike by the sea and on the coastal paths. This absolutely remarkable natural heritage will delight nature lovers.
There is no shortage of nautical and cultural activities, as well as the traditional festivals that mark out the summer.
Bénodet and its casino are a 15-minute drive away, as are the Clohars Fouesnant and Forêt Fouesnant golf courses.
