The finca is in a very quiet and idyllic location in the hills of Artà. The large terrace offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean landscape and the picturesque town of Artà. On clear days, the sea can be seen in the distance. The finca can also be booked for 6 people .

First floor:
Here you will find the open-plan living/dining area with fireplace, comfortable sofas and large dining table. Several windows allow plenty of light into the spacious, open rooms. The dining area leads to the separate kitchen area with a well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen. On the other side of the entrance area are three bedrooms with double beds (2 mattresses each 90 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and there are two further shower rooms. All bedrooms have direct access to different areas of the terrace that surrounds the house.
The finca has a living area of 350 sqm. The house and apartment are equipped with underfloor heating and are therefore also suitable for the winter months.

Basement:
Here there is a separate apartment with a bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses each 90 cm x 200 cm), a small sitting area and a shower room. The apartment has its own terrace and a staircase leads up to the pool area. There is a laundry room next to the apartment. This apartment is opened when booking for 8 persons or when paying the price for 8 persons, otherwise it remains closed.

Outdoor area:
In front of the house there is a large, covered terrace with dining table, brick barbecue and plenty of shady spots with sun loungers. The pool is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, agaves and palm trees. The plot is 17000sqm in size.

Pool:
4.80m x 12m; depth 130 cm - 200 cm; stair access, outdoor shower with hot water. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On request, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply when booking additional persons. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
