Fine place to stay for the price

Cockroaches in the bathroom, the mattress smelt really bad and the noise from neighbours was terrible

I liked the room l, it's big and spacious and the big bed is comfortable and it has a working TV, because most of the time we stay here the TV does not work, but this time it was working. And the room was clean.

There is no AC, only ventilator and it's very hot and humid in the room. Big problem for the summer is that there is no refrigerator, even a little one in the room, because we have to throw our food and drinks and we always have to go buy cold water every time we need to drink something. Also the water is a problem, there is no good cold water and good bot water. It's the same temperature. There is only one shampoo and one soap and we are two people. And i didn't liked that I can't choose a room with the bath and toilet inside.

The location was really good and not far from center of Milano

It was annoying that we had to leave the key always by reception, if you'll go outside then the key had to be left by reception The facilities were not good at all

nice hotel at a good price

Price, location, comfortable bed. The hotel is good. It's near the airport so you can hear planes and air conditioning at night so if you are a light sleeper take stopwatches. Really very good price, but if you are chilly person, take warm pajamas. Nevertheless, I recommend it. Nice service.

I need refund of my sum paid as booking.com has not met with the things mentioned while booking. I have used your service sooooo many times for my international trips but this was so bad. No a c too. A stand fan !! Can you believe it ? Locks of washroom as well as rooms literally takes good 15-20 mins as it doesn’t work properly too. Bathroom out side the room. Mosquitoes !! Should I tell u more ???? I am going to sue you guys once I am back to India !!!

Nice hotel

It was cheap and clean, staff was helpful and nice.

The tv didn't work, the ventilator was not strong, didn't have AC, and the bathroom wasn't incide the room, aldo it says it will be.

It was quite and cheap for the first day of 29 euros. The bed was big and it was clean in the room.

The bathroom was outside the room, aldo it said it will be inside. Everything it's different. There is no AC, only ventilator and it is not very fast.

Never ever again

Why the hell do you have a baby sea-turtle with nothing else exept the turtle itself, captured in a waterbucket, placed in the backyard on the parkinglot suffering????? What ist the target of such a cruel missbehaving with nature??? Honestly in my country you go directly to jail for that! Bedroom i the 5th floor and the toilett in the 1st floor, seriously?

Good location, near to the metro line 2. Many restaurants and cafes are near the area.

The lift was old, the room was small and with no air conditioner. There were no towels for both at the beginning. The reception smells like weed one night and there were not very helpful. The whole hotel has a dark appearance.
