The balcony was great.
Everything was good.

Fine if you have business downtown Ocala.
Parking overpriced & inconvenient. Entrance trashy, construction site? , lobby on 2nd floor. Traffic noise bad. When you put earplugs out as an amenity, that’s a hint.

Easy to get to restaurants- nice new hotel
Extremely noisy outside our room - motorcycle hangout right outside our window at the park area till very late

I liked the downtown location
I did not like having to park down the street and carry our luggage to the hotel check in on the second floor. Also we paid good money to stay at a Hilton Hotel and our room wasn’t even serviced.

Spacious room , the bar and the dinning area and the food was pretty good.
Not enough parking in front of the hotel and only two handicap spaces that were taken . Had to walk to the public parking building and it was pouring rain when we were about to leave for dinner.
They should have the option for valet parking .

very central to the local restaurants and town square.
loud with all the trucks

Restaurant and bar! Cleanliness
I did put the door hanger on the door that meant don’t come into my room. When I returned from business I noticed my bed was made and my toothbrush was moved so had to get a different toothbrush. I would recommend if someone puts the don’t bother door hanger on the doorknob, don’t enter.

Location to the Christmas festvile area.
ALOT - Parking is a night mare, and for $23.00 per night you pay but if you leave, you may not have a spot to return to. Also, my car was the victim of a fight on it. - a cell phone on the ground, blood and smuges all over may car. We later learn a man was "jumped" and on my car.
Front desk offered water to the lady before me, but not me. NOt friendly at all!

Nothing
Loud noise caused no sleep. Hallways loud.. uncomfortable bed and pillows. Dirty carpet and Windows. Dead bugs on floor... Unhappy with money spent for the room worst experience. Will not stay at this or any Hilton again!

The location was fine.
The staff at the front desk were good, the balance of the staff were rude and lacked professionalism. NO MEETING ROOMS available, for anything other than a large meeting. Parking is very expensive, and on the property grounds, very little (maybe 12 cars at $22/day. You can't find a well marked entrance anywhere, and you enter from a hallway to the elevators to the lobby, on the 2nd floor. Restaurant is very expensive. Do yourself a favor, find someplace else to stay. Terrible

The front desk staff on check in were courteous, professional, super helpful.
First time I traveled with my dog and you guys made it so nice and comfortable.
As a matter of fact we decided to only stop at Hilton’s overnight during our short trip with our Basil.
The fact that we had multiple police cars at the entrance of the hotel on arrival.

Staff was great and had a little club like scene on the balcony so it was nice.
Parking was a little ridiculous but it’s not the property it’s the city. Other than that it was great.

Your staff treated us like we were royalty and were so friendly. Desiree would start our day out with smiles and coffee. Your chef, George, prepared a delicious breakfast every morning of our stay.
We would have liked more available handicap accessible parking.

Great location and facilities.
Should mention at check in the balcony only room on 2nd floor is the giant shared balcony .. wasn’t really looking to spend the evening with neighbors. I’d be love to see breakfast extended to 9:30. Breakfast ends at 9, but I arrived at 8:50 and everything was already cleaned up.

Nice place neat and clean.
I absolutely did not like paying $60 plus to park at the hotel that cost me $300 plus. I would never have booked the hotel if I had known or noticed. Glad I didn't have to pay extra for my seat when I got a beer at the bar.

The staff was very helpful and extremely courteous. The beds were comfortable.
The parking the noise from the bar and the noise from the street. Not a hotel if looking for sleep after a long day. I'll avoid in the future!

I was very disappointed with breakfast...I paid extra to have breakfast included and when I went downstairs to get my breakfast the only thing available was cold cereal, fruit, bread products, coffee, yogurt, etc..but no eggs, no pancakes, no oatmeal. If I wanted a egg I would have pay an additional price ( $10.00). So all I had was coffee and the wait staff was very rude and disrespectful ...she told me if I wanted coffee it would cost $3.00. I went back upstairs and called the front desk explained to them I paid extra for breakfast. The front desk person was very nice, looked up my info and told me I could have the coffee at no charge because breakfast was included in my stay. So, I went back to get my 1 cup of coffee and again the wait staff confronted me about the 1 cup of coffee and that is when the front desk person intervened and that is how I got my 1 cup of coffee. I travel a lot and love staying at the Hilton but will not be staying at this one again and buyer beware....paying extra for breakfast is not worth it....
If your paying extra for breakfast can you at least offer a hard boil egg...

The location in historic downtown Ocala
that the bar is closed on Sunday afternoon/evening. Also put coffee cups and real glasses in the room instead of paper stuff. it’s a Hilton not Motel 6!

The view was incredible! I enjoyed the convenience of being on the square. The bed was probably my favorite part though.
There wasn’t a large selection for breakfast.
