What a find! This is one of the most charming places that I have stayed in. The unit has everything I needed; it thankfully has A/C, coffee maker & coffee and a a refreshing pool to jump into after a long day of helping my college student move!

The Guesthouse was spotless and very comfortable. Kitty is lovely - easy to communicate with, kind, and helpful. The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub - gazing out the window, you feel like you’re on a Mediterranean estate. We plan to return!

Kathryns listing was an excellent choice for my partner and I's visit to Riverside! The space was clean and the amenities were great to soak in after a long day in the area. I would highly recommend this lodging and when I return to the area, this is where I'll be staying!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the guesthouse to attend our son's graduation from Loma Linda. We enjoyed walking the historic neighborhood, going to local restaurants and having a central gathering place to assemble in between events. The host was kind enough to allow us to have a small post graduation reception for family members on their patio and even provided us with a bottle of champagne! The guesthouse is beautifully furnished and decorated and stocked with everything you need for an extended stay or quick weekend away. Communication with the host was excellent. Even though she was out of the country, she checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.

We stayed an entire week at the Redlands Guesthouse. We were in town for the Redlands Classic Bicycle Race. From the first moment we met Kitty we felt like we had been old friends. She was more than accommodating! We were the cooks for our son's cycling team and needed a space to put all that food! She cleared out some space in her extra refrigerator and allowed us access all week!
The apartment itself was perfect! It was above the garage with a private entrance. It was thoughtfully decorated, with nice little "extras". The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and even gluten free snacks and a bowl of fresh picked oranges from her tree! It was clean and quiet and a much needed space to come back to after spending a day at the bike race and cooking for hungry athletes!
We hope to return and explore this area some more. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Redlands. We arrived into e for a great “Cuban” Christmas Eve, stayed through a family wedding a week later and were on our way with no fuss or drama. Great couple are the hosts with the right amount of attentiveness and privacy we needed.

This sunny studio over the pool and near the hot tub was beautiful. The owner put a lot of thought into making the room warm and beautiful. It had a great vibe. Had plenty of everything in the kitchen. The bathroom was sparkly. We walked everywhere (to Mu's for Thai food, to the Post Office and library, and to my meetings) from here. Very centrally located. Quiet too. The hosts were very generous and instantly responded if we needed anything.

My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway without the kids. Kitty and Bill were both welcoming hosts. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and appreciated all of the extra touches like champagne and snacks. We were so impressed by the beautiful, walkable neighborhood and cute downtown area. Thai House Restaurant was recommended by our hosts and was very good. We hiked Timoteo Canyon, Terri Peak, and Big Falls. All were amazing but Big Falls was the favorite. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Redlands!

My 17 year old son and I stayed in Katherine's guest house for three nights and enjoyed every moment here. Katherine goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and valued. When she found out we were flying into LA and would arrive late in the evening at the house, she offered to buy groceries for us as she knew we were going to have a busy morning the next day. We have never had a host as kind and with such a giving heart as Katherine. The guest house has plenty of space for two people and is well stocked with everything you could need. The decor is warm and updated and makes you want to linger a while longer. The corner windows have a view of the distant mountains as well as of the pool and garden area, which is so fun to see with the lights at night. We were able to enjoy the peace of the garden area with the lovely floral aroma, while soaking in the hot tub one evening. The location of the home is convenient to anywhere you want to go, and the house was very quiet at night. Katherine gave us many recommendations of things to see and do and even went to the trouble of sending us a detailed schedule of an exciting bike race in town. We highly recommend staying in Katherine's guest home when you are in Redlands and maybe even taking a trip to Redlands just to be able to stay here!

This place was very comfortable and cozy. Every detail was taken care of, supplied very well, no want for anything by my wife and myself. Redlands was a very nice town, easy to get around, nice downtown area.
Hosts were very nice to talk to, accommodating, communicated well, very nice people. Overall wonderful place to stay and my wife and I would highly recommend it.

Jacuzzi was not in service, was to be functional when booked.
Condo was clean but most certainly needs attention and polished up.
Looked to be in very old condition.

A lovely property, perfectly maintained, and I could’ve arrived with nothing but my clothes! Supposedly equipped kitchen area, bath, and assorted amenities. My horse was charming, kind and most welcoming. I hope the property is available on my next trip to Redlands in a couple of months.

great private space with outdoor pool and hot tub within a few feet of the entrance in a private fenced yard. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of hot and cold drinks and snacks provided, full kitchen with all cooking essentials. Complimentary bottle of Champaign in the cooler to top it off! South Redlands Relaxing getaway
Let me begin by saying that we live in a well appointed, pool home approximately 19 miles from this properly . We were looking for a place to unplug and relax away from home that was close to home . We are very familiar with Redlands so this property was absolutely perfect for us . Exactly as described , clean , comfortable , pretty , quiet and full of extra amenities. Exhausted healthcare workers we spent two nights at the Redlands Guest house. We arrived day 1 , fell asleep and didn’t get up until day two ! Best sleep i’ve had in a while .Second day we went to dinner at Benjarong Thai Cuisine and to Harkins move theatre to watch top Gun. There is a full kitchen . All you would have to do is bring groceries . The back yard and pool areas of this property are idyllic. We didn’t use the pool or spa only because we slept … a lot ! The weather was also cool. the bed was very comfy. We will definitely return less tired on a sunnier day and enjoy the yard . If you’re from out of town , Redlands offers many fun activities as well as hip restaurants and bars . Thank You Kitty and Bill for the renewal of my spirit :) See you again soon !

Nice place!
We have been coming down to Redlands over the past 4 years as we had a student attending the U of R, and I have to say that this place is one of the top that we have stayed at. From the initial booking to the time we departed I felt like we were taken care of so very well. Kitty went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was pleasant. The space was well exceptionally clean and very well organized. My wife said it has those little attention to details that really make it a nice place to stay. The unit is located close to the center of town and in an easy, walkable area. One thing to be aware of, the unit is on the second floor over a garage and that there are stairs that you must navigate to get to the unit. If we return to Redlands, I would certainly re-book this unit without reservation.
