Nice no-frills place for a night or two.

Very friendly and accommodating staff for bike travelers. Good price, very clean, spacious rooms. Excellent water pressure and hot water.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the walls were very thin and we could hear the person in the next room watching TV and, later on, snoring very loudly!

Convenient and good value Jumilla city centre hotel

The Pio XII is an old hotel (like many others in Spain) that has been extensively modernised (but is still, obviously, an older hotel). But it was very clean , perfectly comfortable and very good value - especially the enclosed parking for which one often has to pay (a lot) more in Spain. Well located - easy to reach by car, but within walking distance of the centre.

Bed and bedding were distinctly old-fashioned (but we slept ok).

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

We were upgraded at no extra cost to a larger room with a few chairs and a fridge. The double bed was larger than average and was very comfortable. The man at the reception desk when we arrived was very helpful, telling us the best places to eat and drink. Just a few meters around the corner from the hotel is bar Chiki, which does excellent tapas at very low prices.

The area is quite run down with lots of rubbish across the road from the hotel.

There was a family on the floor above who were allowing the children to scrape the chairs along the floor, making an awful noise from 9pm till 11pm. . I eventually went to complain at reception. It stopped about half an hour later.

Very comfortable and convenient stay - recommended

This is our second stay here and we enjoyed returning. Very helpful and friendly staff, easy free parking across the street and a spacious and comfortable room complete with king size bed, great bath and small fridge.

Internet quality is variable.
