Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with a lazy river, two waterslides, and a children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe, and kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Do not forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball, or basketball. No additional fee for Clubhouse usage.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $35 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $60 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

We had a great stay at this property with ages ranging from 1 year old to 84 years old. Barbara was wonderful to work with and always attentive to our needs and questions. It was super easy to check in and checking out. Will certainly think about coming back next year if everyone in our family is available.

Our family of 9 (ages 3 - 56) loved our stay at Storey Lake. The property was just as pictured, and had plenty of room. The splash park and pools were a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance too.

The accomodations were nice. Bedrooms were great size. The living room area was small. The beach towels need to be replaced and it would have been nice to have basic amenities, like salt and pepper, on site. Basic spices would have been appreciated. Overall it was nice.

Property was great! It felt like we were home - no cheap shortcuts you sometimes find when you are away. Beds were comfy, appliances were normal size and worked great, linens provided, decor was lovely. Private pool was great for the kids and the community pool was a nice option as well. Check in/out was easy-no need to track anyone down for help during our stay.

Overall, everything was pretty good! There was property damage by previous renters that wasn’t shown in the pictures & would have been nice to expect. Checking in was a breeze, the owners were more than fantastic in their communication, and we all loved being able to stay together so close to the parks. Thank you!

For our family of 11, including 5 children, the property was just what we were looking for. Lovely bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and seating areas to cope with all of us. The resort pool area was well kept,a bit expensive to eat there but kids really enjoyed it. So close to Disney and attractions,plenty of places to eat and shop.We loved it and would certainly return.

Lovely home. Everything was so clean. Loved the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Wish they had paper towels and dish detergent. They brought dish detergent over quickly when we asked. We just went to the store and purchased some paper towels and more toilet paper. Kitchen washcloths would have been nice as well. We cleaned the kitchen with baby wipes. Communication with the property owner was quick and professional.

This property was so nice and clean. Easy check in and check out process. House had a lot more kitchen aupplies than others we’ve ever experienced. Nice and quiet. The living room space was large enough for us to play games and watch movies together. The pool was small but it would’ve worked for little kids the most. The dish soap given was very watered down and didn’t create suds that was the only downfall thankful that there was store not to far out to gather what didn’t have back home. Overall would book again and it’s close to so many things we had planned for the weekend! Highly recommend

This is a very family friendly property. One thing that was a positive surprise was the trundle bed on the bottom of the bunk bed in the Minion Room. Maybe I missed it in the property description - but it gave us three beds in that room. The location was easy to get to Magic Kingdom and Universal——AND, the pool, Lazy River and water slides in the property were a hit with our grandchildren. A great trip !

We came down to visit our grandkids!! We all stayed at the town home so we needed enough space to accommodate eight of us which it was plenty of space. Place was convenient to a lot of stores. Didn’t like you pay for the pool to be heated for the entire stay, for us it was a waste because the weather did not allow for us to utilize the pool. And it’s too pricey. No wash clothes provided and the living room furniture need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

This community is perfect if you're looking for something in the Orlando area. It is very close to the Disney properties and just a short distance from Universal Studios. The home is well cared for and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The only thing I would change is a little more instruction about the parking pass. That was a little confusing to figure out. Communication with the team was great. Everything I asked they answered in a very timely manner which I really appreciate. The pool area is awesome and there are lots of activities to keep the kids involved from mini golf to slides to volleyball and a lazy river. All in all this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Overall the property was ok. We did have to go and get additional supplies for our family of 10, the same day we arrived. We had to get napkins, dish detergent, as well as laundry detergent. The room down stairs had curtains that still allowed light into the room, which was annoying. Plus you could hear everything going on outside from that room. The pool was smaller than expected. Overall it was a great stay. Property was clean and property manager promptly able to assist/ accommodate. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay but had a few issues to work through when we got there. The tub in the master bath did not drain and the shower curtain was full of mold. Also the TV in the living room did not work. Also if I rent again I would verify where all the beds are in the house. It advertised it slept 13, which it did but it was a stretch. I will say when we got there and emailed the issues the property management company was very attentive and came to take care of it right away which was excellent. Before we got there it was difficult getting quick responses through the app. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Storey Lake.

The property was spacious , was accommodating for our group. We had a few incidents at the property, AC broke, although they responded and it was fixed within 4 hrs we had to reach out multiple times. The refrigerator handle was broken, towel rack fell down. The house needs to be painted. It served its purpose but do not forsee rebooking with them

The location was perfect - a short and easy drive to Disney. Lots of space for multiple families and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was there were no dish towels or pot holders in kitchen, and no washcloths in bathrooms. Would definitely rent again!

Had a good stay at the house. Pictures were very accurate. Property manager very responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay. There were a few odds and ends that needed repair which was highlighted....no biggie. I suggest replacing the shower curtain since it's worn. The complex' larger pool was great and had a snack bar which you order from. We visited during a holiday week and the drive to the parks were +/- 30 min...publix 5 mins away (suggest taking the back road to avoid traffic).
