This house is a great place if you have kids and your a gonna spend time at the house it has a pool and a playground! The kids enjoyed this!

The house was beautiful in and out. Close to shopping and restaurants. Family had a great time, will definitely be back again.

This house has plenty of space and you find pretty much everything. Great neighborhood to talk a walk in the mornings and so close to shopping plazas.

Great house only issue was heat that kept auto reverting to 62; it can get quiet cold. We had a great family Thanksgiving

Home had everything we needed for our stay. We had 5 adults. There was plenty of room in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Fully stocked w/towels, soaps, TP, in the bathrooms & lots of pots/pans & dishes in the kitchen. House was clean & comfortable. Definitely a great first experience w/VRBO. As a side note the owner was very accommodating. Originally had another property booked for over 7 months & it fell thru. With less than a month to find a place, Jaime made this process less stressful by holding the property until our refund was credited from the other home & answering my questions. Appreciate how easy it was to communicate w/him throughout our trip when needed as well. Definitely a great choice!

Lovely home, FULLY equipped. Nothing that we needed were we unable to find within the house. Elegant and immaculate inside, and charming outside. I highly recommend this lovely, conveniently located property.

The house is lovely and it’s in a nice convenient neighborhood. Myself, my husband and our pup really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book the home again.

This property really feels like a home away from home. It has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance. We had a very peaceful stay. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, though we had few. And the heated pool was just what the doctor ordered. My 4-legged children loved it as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and very clean. This was our first VRBO experience. The location and space were exactly what we were hoping for. The backyard is Family friendly and the heated pool is a dream. The property manager was also super quick to respond with any questions. We frequent to El Paso and will definitely stay again

Location was great. We felt safe. Nice yard for dogs. EP fitness, Albertsons, Starbucks, Target, Salon, Car wash all close by. Easy to navigate around area. House was nice, a bit outdated, we felt like we stepped into the 80's. House could use a Good cleaning. A king bed in the master would be beneficial. We enjoyed our stay, owner was fast to answer questions. Would stay again!

From the moment we arrived, the house exceeded our expectations. Not only was it extremely clean, but well furnished and in a great area! The kids had a blast in the huge back yard playing soccer and on the jungle gym. The pool was heated which was great for after dinner swimming. Also the house and kitchen is very spacious to have family over for dinner. When we come to El Paso this is the only place we will be staying from this point forward, thanks so much Jamie!

It was a great & awesome experience

My family really enjoyed this property. We rent homes all the time and this was the first time that we rented that they had everything you needed. Shampoo hair dryer flat irons curling irons. There was mosquito spray, perfumes hairspray lotion, suntan lotion. All toiletries, trash bags dishwashing soap hand soap, everything you could possibly need. We were impressed! The pool was great, we enjoyed it. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean and smelled really fresh. It was beautifully decorated and a great place to spend your vacation. Very close to stores eateries and Starbucks. Would we rent here again??? Hell yes!!! Next time we come we will hopefully be able to rent this place again. Owner was very responsive and we really appreciated that.

Overall a great property and guest. Jaime (host) was very responsive and on top of things. Great location with plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. There were some heaving storms during our stay and the pool got dirty, but Jaime and his pool guy came out several times to make sure it was cleaned and ready for us to enjoy. No need to bring anything to the home it has everything, even some leftover snacks. :-) Could use some extra silverware, but overall a great home with all necessities for your stay. I am used to a larger bed in the master, but the one we had worked for our stay. The home is showing its age with some minor repairs needed and maybe some new couches in the TV room. Other than that we would definitely stay here next time we are in town.

My husband and I traveled to El Paso from Houston to celebrate his birthday and to spend time with family. Your house was more than what the pics showed. The house was equipped with everything we needed to rest & relax and near shopping & restaurants. What stood out the most was that Mr. Velasco was quick to respond to all my communications to him. This house is by far the best we have stayed in since using VRBO for our vacations. I highly recommend this home and hope to keep staying here for future visits.

We used the home mainly as a stopping place as we were in El Paso visiting family. We cooked once and their were plenty of dishes. A little lean in silverware and coffee mugs but doable! We used the pool once- it was 100 degrees out and it was refreshing and fun! A storm came through that put a lot of pine needles in the pool as well as debris so we didn't use it after that. Lots of space for our family and adult children/spouses and plenty of towels. My only suggestion is the following: -A few more outdoor patio chairs. -Replace mattress in master bedroom, it's old, stained and sagged in the middle. After the 1st we wouldn't sleep on it. Make sure lights work! We were walking around in the dark when we left before sunup. All in all, a great place.

I travel all over the country and stay in a ton of VRBO‘s, The reasons I made this when one of my top picks is: I see “super host” on a lot of VRBO‘s, however this is the first actual super host that I’ve dealt with (I’m sure there are others out there). The house was exceptionally clean and the home looked better in person than it did in the pictures. The home was decorated tastefully including beautiful artwork. My only two suggestions would be to remove the picture of the trampoline (there is no trampoline) and I personally like to have a television in the master bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly felt at home. I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation.

Our children had a blast in the pool.

House and pool are nice, but reason for one star is the owner did not compensate for the fact that one hour of my family's and my time was wasted. We sat in the driveway for one hour after check-in time because we never received a code. I only got in after I was on the phone with VRBO for 20 minutes and they were able to get the code to unlock the door from their system. During the whole time waiting I never received any messages from the owner and he said later that he left his phone somewhere by mistake. I totally understand that, but what makes this whole this upsetting is he did not offer any compensation for wasting an hour . When I asked him for compensation he said no (he did send some Starbucks over and apologized which is a nice gesture, but I didn't know it was coming and we don't drink Starbucks or coffee). I was not asking for anything big, but maybe $50 back due to the inconvenience to make up for it. With all the pay apps now I don't know why that wasn't possible. He asks us to follow the house rules when the VRBO rules state that access information needs to be provided 7 days out and VRBO told me that when I was on the phone with them. He doesn't provide code until the afternoon of and as you read if something happens you may be stuck waiting. My family and I were in the middle of moving so we had no where else to go and we booked it 2 months in advance so again, no compensation didn't make any sense when it comes to customer service. At the time I didn't know if we would ever get in the house. Also, the only app you can use on the TV is Netflix and he says he will charge if you use the others. Other places I have rented on VRBO let us sign in to whatever we wanted with our login so not sure why that is not possible here. Also recommend you bring your own TP. For the price you are paying a night I would think the TP would be better than Scotts 1 ply, but it isn't. Sounds petty, but like I said, for the price for one night I would get better TP at a hotel. Again, nice house and decent pool, but first impressions make a difference and we did not have a good start to our stay. Time=Money.
