Fair experience.

Close to beach.

Balcony full of bird droppings, could not enjoy it. Apartment was small and cramped. Property was not kept clean. Smell of cannibas on floor and elevators. Parking limited spaces. Construction on site noisy and restricting access to pool areas.

Hi, I'm sorry to tell you that we left the hotel because the room is disgusting in my bad condition and old everything has a bad smell inside the room and in the corridors people smoke marijuana and it's unpleasant, I have a baby and I don't feel safe in this place

it was cool .

it was good .

the pools were closed due to the hurricane. and 2 miles from the boardwalk . and got a different room that I initially booked on Booking.com.

Picture was broken when I got into room. Pools were not open indoor or outdoor.

Overall, I'd rate the stay a C- and that's because of the host. The aesthetics are poor.

The host was amazing. She kept me informed about certain matters pertaining to the reservation. Details regarding how to check-in, parking, etc was clear.

The building is not being properly maintained. There were huge stains in the carpet in the lobby. Paint on ceilings in certain parts were peeling. The outside desperately needs to be updated. The pools were closed due to the hurricane ..the little water that is in the pool was dark brown, a huge eye sore. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean.. but again the rooms are outdated. The shower curtains in the room were rusted. The staff at the front desk wasnt very receptive. This place could be a very nice place to stay at on the beach if the owners just make some upgrades.

we where there for the weekend to visit the college he will be attending in the fall. we love staying next to the ocean

how easy it was to get to the room to get into the room, the communication was great. clean felt very comfortable.

there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

the cleaning people did not do their job well and stole things from my suitcase

The apartment itself was excellent, there was a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The decorum was a cute beachy theme. It had a great Oceanview. But what we didn't know was that this hotel was damaged during Ian...so just be forewarned, there is no pool, no tiki bar, no hot tub, and the beach itself is a bit devastated. But this is the case for a lot of hotels on the beach.

The owner of the unit was pleasant and professional. The unit is well equipped.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent in terms of it being on the beach. The facility is damaged due to hurricane but should probably be awesome once it is repaired.

The cleaning service being used by the owner of the unit is probably not doing its job. The unit was dusty and the floor had clearly not been mopped in a very long time. The bathroom was clean but the sink was not draining properly.
