No pool and a lot of whistling, not my idea of a vacation.

The free breakfast was great. Many choices for the three of us to enjoy.

I didn’t like that the pool was closed for maintenance. I do understand that they are trying to maintain a clean property but as a benefit to the booking customer they should inform them of this prior to purchase. The customer can then decide if they want to change plans. We looked into this hotel for the pool and it was very disappointing to discover it was unavailable when we arrived. We also struggled with the whistling sound that came from the AC unit. I wish I noticed it sooner as I would have switched rooms.

Affordable with issues

The lobby and eating area were clean. Contemporary look throughout hotel.

Walls are very thin. We could hear visitors talking next door and across hall. The AC unit was making all sorts of noises.

Temperature in room was cool. Breakfast ok. Free coffee was good. Big TV.

Too small, no work surface space, bed too firm, pillows too soft, loud (from neighbors noise and outdoor street), small trash cans, no microwave and TV was too low and hurts your neck while lying in bed...

Lobby area was comfortable and great for catching up on some work. Some of the front staff were friendly and greeted you as you walked in. Beds were cozy

Wasn't a big fan of the breakfast, and was surprised we could hear someone walking around in the room above ours. I guess i expected it to be more sound proof and was woken up earlier than i would've liked.

Overall great ill be staying again this coming weekend at Laredo

The hotel is always good

The manager at check in gave me some free yellow bottle water stated those were free for the customers. The following day the person that was there was charging me for that same water bottle and i told her that the day before what had happened and she still stated that was not true.

Great location and pleasant accommodations made for a great visit.

Breakfast was really nice with lots of options. The location was perfect for us, in between the airport and TAMIU. Staff as pleasant as can be!

This was the first time staying in a hotel that didn’t make up the room each day. It got too messy for me. I can agree to not change the bed linens during my three night stay but I’d like the beds made. Clean towels are a must for the price we paid for the room and given the summer heat index we needed double showers.

HORRIBLE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, & THE WORST NOISE FROM OTHER UNITS DUE TO VHEWP WALLS & MATERIALS!! ABSOLUTELY

the Lobby has a pool table! THATS IT! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS HORRIBLE!

this was the WORST hotel & room I HAVE ECER STAYED IN IN MY LIFE!! THE NOISE FROM THE PEOPLE IN THE UNITS NEXT TO ME & ABOVE ME WERE VERY LOUD, VERY CHEAP WALLS, VERY CHEAP EVERYTHING! AND THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN & VERY CHEAP LOOKING! worse than a $10 HOSTEL!! I am VERY UPSET!!
