DIFÍCIL DE ENCONTRAR

Estaba muy céntrico

La ubicación que indica no es la que es. Si no le llegamos a preguntar al dueño, no hubiésemos encontrado el apartamento. No era ni el código ni la ubicación que indicaba. Nefasto

The location only

They don't treat customers well.. answered my call once and never did again after check in. They didnot even answer emails. The apartment is not as the pictures , its scary and like in 70's .. one of the beds was not vlean and the other room light doesn't work .. you don't feel safe in many ways.

I didn’t like anything because the property on the website is on town at a addresses and the owner is redirecting you to other property wich is not the one you are paying for

Disappointing

The location is good but the place has nothing to do with the features and pictures on the site. The place is not in a good shape at all. We had no cutlery or cookware. I and the crew were overall poorly impressed by the host that treated us unpolite and disrespectful just because we were young(18). I most certainly do not recommend this accommodation. I really do not understand how this kind of people and places are on this platform and no amount of bad reviews matter when filtered on this site.

Very good

The location in the city center was very pittoreske and rustic. Lovely place which really lived up to our expectations. The price per night is more than cheap. If you have a accomodation and location like this in the centre of a western European city you pay six times this amount.

Nothing, no safety

Isn.t condition, no Light to the entry, the room isn.t same from the picture, evrything from there isn.t safety, we lose the money, no problem, we take another room at another hotel, no recomand this place piața Sfatului central 29 nr7 in Brașov, and isnt safety for another people how is going there for me was bad experience

the location

was dirty, furniture was broken and old, had mold in the shower, bad smell of smoking, one hitter in the bedroom was not functioning, the address was pointed wrong, if I would’ve have another option of renting, I would never rent it.

İt's not hostel. İt's a random room that you can not find.

? There was not a place for stay. We couldn't stay even. The landlord didn't answer our phone call. When we found the address, there were already a woman traveler in the room and she said " i found the room very hard. Landlord didn't answer. Morning time there was a cleaning woman she said that is the room that you searching" She was surprised when she saw us too. Same room given 2 different travelers and who came early, got the room. And it's not and hostel. İt's a room that you couldn't found, coincidentally we and locals were trying to find the address that written, and a woman come out from a strange outdoor that you can not realise it's hostel. That woman was the another customer at the same room same date with us !!!! Booking should have back my money actually, we went another hostel for lats minute reservation and we stayed there. İt could checkable in my account.

Pleasant

Great location, great potential , spacious apartment , good for family with 2 kids. Kitchen covers the basic needs

Everything is old and shabby, the place needs major renovation. Central heating is poorly set up and makes constant unnecessary noise. Shower looks unsanitary . There is a bad smell first time when you open the door, an "old house" smell (seems to be common in this type of houses , it was the same in Sibiu near "Piața mare" )

Location 10 out 10. The place had everything u need, even central heating. Very cosy. For the money couldn't fault it. Would stay here again.

not a nice place to stay

-location is good but it's in the small corner and the owner did not write you how to get in but required you to call him and then told you what to do. He even hung up the phone when we cannot find the place he told and we had to called again few times.

- owner: grumpy, late response. At first, we booked on 3/9 but we changed to 4/9 because it rained all day. We tried to do that on the booking, and he did not reply. I called him at 10, no pick-up. And we still moved to Brasov cause we think it cannot change. then when we were already at the train station (1h - check-in time 2pm) he accepted online. OMG, I called him immediately and told him could you please. Firstly, he said it depends on booking, not him. Then I tried to change back to 3/9, he refused our request online. he was so threaten that it was impossible and we have to pay him by cash. Tons of things happened later and I was like a begger to ask him for changing the date. finally, he let us in. - picture: there's nothing looks like what they posted - location: in the center, but a small corner and super duper hard to find out under his instructions - facilities: my friend was using hair dryer and 10s later, bum, the electricity was off and there's nothing else to say =)). No light in the kitchen but a separated one and you have to hold if you wanna use it - cleanliness: not so clean, but it's ok. Outside of the room, it's very dirty

The location is perfect!

Our flight was delayed,and the host didn't want to do a late check in,and lefted the keys at code box just after Booking wrote him a mail. It was so stressful to know that he doesn't want to let us in at late night time,also he knew we will arrive with 4 kids! Not very pleasant experience!

the apartments were nothing as described, the lacking in overall cleanliness and loads of maintenance issues. the check

only thing going for it , its the Central Location and that will be just about it.

Overall appearance of the the apartments. located in older houses , with suspicious looking entrances through courtyards . safety hazards everywhere.

Good stay for family with children

Location is in the heart of the city. Good value for the money. The entrance is a little bit complicate, but with guidance you'll find it.

The nearest parking is far, but it compensates being located in the centre of Brasov old town

Family cramping.

The apartment is right at the main square so thats great And a shower was just exchanged.

We were there 5 adults and 8 yo kid. we were supposed to get 6 places to sleep yet there was a duble bed, double sofa (not very comfy), one bed without the boards so the mattress would sink through and one bed that was basically just a mattress lying on the ground. Toilet was moving around while sitting on it. Washing machine was opening and jumping on us 😂 The apartment has a big potential but somebody has to clean it well and repair all the broken parts and places.

don’t stay here as not as advertised

location was amazing

this place is not as advertised. only a couple of the photos is what it looks like as the other photos are for their other place. It was described as we would get a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed and then second room with another double and another bunk bed. on arrival all we had was one double bed in one room and in the other room which is where the kitchen is a sofa bed. I contacted the property and all they did was bring extra mattresses the day after. It was not ideal, very cramp and very uncomfortable. be careful if booking this place as you may be in for a very big shock like we were. also the bathroom smelt which I think was from a damp bath mat
