Unit Layout
You will find a bright and beautifully furnished 5-room villa spanning 120 square meters. The living/dining room features a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and access to international TV channels via a flat-screen television. It also has a radio and an exit leading to the terrace. One room is equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the garden. The remaining three rooms each have a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).
Amenities Included
The villa comes with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table. You will have access to a bath/shower, two separate toilets, and a double hand-basin. The property is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with furniture, a portable barbecue, and eight deck chairs.
Other Information
The villa offers additional facilities such as a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. It also provides free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house and a smoke alarm is installed. The property is suitable for families and can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
