We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Apartment composed of a small living room with sofa, LCD TV and air conditioning, a kitchen separated by a sliding door with a fridge and oven, a bedroom with a double bed and a single foldaway bed, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. The apartment also has a patio equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a small garden. Public parking nearby.

- small pets allowed upon acceptance (maximum 1 animal); a supplement of € 20 on cleaning will be required to be paid locally
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- air conditioning for a fee of € 10 per day
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
