Our apartment is part of a large residential area with parks and olive trees in Bagnaia, a small town overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island. From the apartment you can enjoy a picturesque panorama of Portoferraio and the lighthouse on the small Scoglietto Island.
Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car or by bus. The nearest bus stop is only 350 meters from the apartment.
The beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; downtown Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties at numerous restaurants and pizza places; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.
Apartment for 4/5 guests: beautiful 110 square meter apartment with separate entrance through a small external staircase; large and comfortable living room; digital TV; large terrace with table and chairs; kitchenette (with three gas burner and one electric burner cooker; electric oven; dishwasher; refrigerator with small freezer); a hall lead to the master bedroom and to another room with a single bed; a third bedroom with a double bed; a spacious area in the back; bathroom with shower and washing machine; bathroom with bathtub; new, simple and comfortable furniture; heating and A/C in the main room; private parking space.

Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, A/C, water, gas etc.: included. Final cleaning: € 130 (to pay on arrival). Bed Linen and towels: not included. You need to bring your own or rent at € 20 for person (to pay on arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100 (to be paid at the apartment, before the keys are handed over).
