Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with dining area, gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Access to the terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. Fully equipped modern kitchen Office & guest W.C. 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms
First Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Balcony overlooking the golf course 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom Basement: Laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher.
Grounds: garden, covered terrace with table and chair for 8, heated swimming pool (extra charge) with sun loungers. BBQ area.

Maid service included 3 times a week
Pool heating is available on request and charged at £300 per week
