About this house rental

Very beautiful villa on 2 levels full of charm, with a pretty garden view, in the peace in the heart of the Old Town Antibes 3 min walk from the beaches of Gravette. Living area 150 m2 nicely furnished, 1000 m2 garden. Ideal villa for 6-7 people. Beautiful, very neat interior decor, quality furniture. Cozy and comfortable. Double living room with a dining room and TV lounge with a fireplace lead onto two furnished outdoor terraces with all comfort and relaxation, green space and pretty lawn in front of the terraces. On the same level are: beautiful air-conditioned master bedroom with its bathroom, pretty well-equipped kitchen, WC. On the upper level is the 2nd air-conditioned bedroom, from which opens a magnificent panorama terrace overlooking the gardens with its shower room, WC. - Internet WI FI - TV - 1 dishwasher - 1 washing machine - Oven - 1 fridge / freezer - Microwave - ceramic hob - Coffee maker - Kettle - Iron

The property is located in a great area. In a very quiet area yet very close to everything. Claudia was very helpful and made sure that we had whatever we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone especially with a family
