About this house rental
Welcome to Neptune’s Nest at East End Paradise Villas! As seen recently on HGTV, Neptune’s Nest is a charming, two-story, detached home in a small development of 10 pastel-colored villas. Located in the quiet area of East End, this 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath property is far away from the cruise ship crowds and the busy tourist beaches, but close to wonderful restaurants, spectacular diving/snorkeling sites, and secluded, natural beaches. Enjoy gorgeous sea views from both the balcony and patio, take a dip in one of five cascading freshwater pools with waterfalls and whirlpool, or take a walk along the tranquil shoreline just across the street. There are beach chairs, pool toys, beach gear, picnic baskets, and two kayaks to make your stay even more delightful.
Inside, the open floor-plan comes with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, generous dining area (seats 6-8), and a separate half bath for convenience. The first floor bedroom has queen-size bed, a window view to the sea, and a private, en-suite, full bath.
Just up the stairs is the master suite, with a vaulted ceiling, a luxurious king bed, and a lovely balcony with sea views --perfect for coffee in the morning! The master en-suite bath has views to sea, dual sinks, a large soaker tub, and separate shower. The charming third bedroom, with a queen size bed and a fold-out twin, has access to the balcony and a separate full bath across the hall. Laundry is a breeze with a convenient full-size, washer/dryer by the stairwell and an iron and ironing board close at hand. All bedrooms have TVs with Blu-ray players; master has cable TV, as does the living room. Enjoy many other amenities such as WIFI, PlayStation, DVDs, board/card games, and puzzles, as well as a local phone available for use.
Small shops, (including grocery and liquor), and restaurants are within 1 to 5 minutes’ drive. You can take Eco bike rides to discover East End (1 min drive), visit the new Parrot Sanctuary (4 min drive), build sand castles at Collier's Beach (5 min drive), or explore the Queen's Botanic Park (12 min drive). If scuba is your passion, complete the well-known “Green Shorts Challenge" (55 East End dive sites) at the first class PADI dive center, Ocean Frontiers, approximately 1 mile away. After a full day of adventure, Neptune's Nest is a welcome retreat.

Great setup and amenities for a great price

A wonderful villa with everything you could need. Lots of water toys, pool towels, kitchen appliances and cookware, spices etc. The pools are great and Trish is a wonderful hostess, even taking time to teach our girls a domino train game which is a new family favorite! Trish shared lots of great information about grocery options prior to our arrival as these are limited as you get out to the East End. Within walking distance of Ocean Frontiers dive shop and Eagle Rays, as well as Eastern Star fish fry (must try the passion fruit mojitos). We also walked to Ocean Frontiers to get the complimentary shuttle to Tukkas (prebooked). Would love to stay here again - such a comfortable and welcoming place that all 4 of us loved. Thank you Trish for a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful, well maintained property with lots of amenities. The Neptune's nest gave us a nice feel for a local neighborhood after staying at a resort the week before. Trish was a great host. She provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Everything was as described. We had an excellent time. Perfect for our two families of seven people. Would definitely stay here again.

Neptune's Nest made our week easy, comfortable, and luxurious for everyone. Lots of little touches that show that the host takes pride in the house, but also really cares about the guests -- just one example: little footbaths at the entrances dressed up with flower petals. Everything was clean and well functioning. 3 full and one half bath for the 3 bedrooms really helped us get out the door on time each day. We cooked most nights, got take out from the local places a couple times, and made one trip out to the West side; that was the right ratio. The kitchen is the best equipped I've ever stayed in. Make sure to buy groceries before driving East. The multiple pools hared with the small group of houses meant that we always had our own pool if we wanted it. The little beach across the street was nicer than expected. It's in a natural state (no one is clearing the seaweed) but there is a small strip of sand along the water's edge where you can sit under a coconut palm tree and pretend you are on a private island. We never felt the need to go to the more famous beaches, (but we are more nature oriented people.) The host provides a closet packed with all the gear you could need -- chairs, umbrellas, beach towels... even water shoes and a cooler. Host was instantly responsive to any questions.
We would have liked Grand Cayman and the East End just fine, but this house made it a truly wonderful trip.

Trish met us at the house when we arrived. She was very thorough in going over all instructions and telling us where everything was. Very friendly and had lots of recommendations for our island stay. But, she is very particular on the house and things she wants done. It did feel a bit overwhelming. Be advised, she is very worried about the AC temps, and asked us to keep them turned up multiple times. She also came by during our stay and raised them to 74-75 when we were out of the house.
The house itself was very well stocked with everything you could need, including snorkel, beach, and pool gear. Very clean, and looks like it has been newly painted. It is a good size rental for a family or multiple couples. The stairwell to the second story is very steep and small, so be wary with small children. We were on high alert with the setup with our 3 year old the entire stay. There is a bedroom downstairs, but it is not the master.
The property is a little rough around the house and in the area. Not the cleanest or most aesthetically appealing area of the island for sure. Just a mile up the East end, near Morrits, things get much nicer. The property was very quiet and we did feel safe overall.
The beach is across the road. It is not a beach that kids can play on or you would want to lounge on. The reef is quite a swim out, through a lot of rocks and sea grass. If you are looking for a beach for the kids or you to hang out and enjoy some time on, you will have to go to

Neptunes Nest on East End was the perfect spot for us. We had everything we needed and more! Trish was easy to communicate with and response time was quick. We appreciated all the amenities in the condo. The 3 bedroom 31/2 bath was just right for us. We used the pools but also walked across the street to the beach and ocean. Which is where we loved to be. Also thought it was so nice to see the ocean from the patio and deck of the condo.
Thank you so very much for making our stay so memorable.

Neptune's Nest by the Sea, East End was perfect in so many ways. I've been to Grand Cayman previously and stayed on 7 mile beach/West End and I definitely prefer the East End and will now stay there in the future. The villa is even better in person (and it's already great from the pictures). It was clean, welcoming, spacious, had comfy beds, and had everything we needed (including in the kitchen to cook, pamphlets/info on restaurants, shops, and activities, as well as plenty of beach and snorkel gear, and kayaks too!). The pools were great and right across the street was the sea with beautiful sunrises (which we could see from the main patio as well as upstairs deck). The East End is much more natural - it's quiet, has less traffic, great local restaurants, and more open views. It's also not too far from some of our favorite snorkeling spots - Smith's Cove, Spott's Beach, and Eden Rock. (hoping to check out Barefoot Beach on the north side next time). Trish is one of the best rental owners you can find! She was super helpful online (during our planning stages), so welcoming in person (met her when we arrived), and was so helpful throughout our stay (recommending great restaurants nearby - La Casita, Tukka, Vivine's Kitchen, as well as an awesome snorkel trip thru Ocean Frontiers). It was great to wake up early and easy at the villa as well as to come back to the villa after an adventurous day and have a place to relax and enjoy the quiet and beautiful location. Thank you Trish! We hope to be back again sometime!

This is by far the most well-appointed rental home we have ever stayed at, anywhere in the world. Trish met us at check-in because she was dropping off a few extra supplies and we arrived much earlier than we expected. She was a lovely and gracious host and always responsive to messages before and during our stay, even though we didn’t have any issues.
We were a little concerned about the beach being across the road, but there is very little traffic and it was no problem at all. Every bedroom has a view of the ocean and the home includes everything you could want for a beach stay — towels, chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, kitchen gadgets, kayaks, water shoes, and so much more. The beach is lovely and you can walk a long way without running into anyone else (but we did meet a very friendly dog that swam after us in the ocean to demand belly rubs :)).
We’ve always stayed in Biden Town but will definitely be back to the peace and quiet of the East End and Trish and Tim’s incredible home! Thanks again!

We spend a few weeks each winter “working from warm”. This was a great place to do that as it was so quiet, plenty of room to work, including the back covered patio with a great view of the sea. It’s steps away from the pool. This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some. The front closet had many beach towels, swim shoes, snorkels, fins, a cooler, beach bags, life jackets, kayak paddles for the two kayaks outside. We took the kayaks out several times and watched the sunset which was a unique and beautiful way to do it. Beside the usual appliances, the kitchen had an air fryer, coffee maker that also used pods, spices, some condiments, bottles of water in the frig, and even an Iced tea pot to make fresh tea (my wife’s favorite). Each bathroom had plenty of towels, full size soaps, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, hair dryers and styling implements for the ladies. The master bath, also had a Keurig machine , pods and 2 coffee mugs so you could make coffee and enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the pool and sea (an inspired touch!). Little local handmade soaps greeted us on all the beds. And the beds were quite comfortable, as well. We own a vacation rental so we know what renters are looking for. The extra added details showed us that our hosts wanted their guests to enjoy their stay and have no worries- including a basin on the back porch, filled with water and flowers for rinsing off your feet from the beach nearby and a towel to dry off! On top of everything, Trish was super responsive through the VRBO website and email, and gave us all the information we needed about the area, including restaurants things to do on the East End. We wish we could’ve met her. Note: the East End is far from many of the main snorkeling areas (30-40 min) and grocery stores(20-30 min). We didn’t mind driving as we like to explore a new snorkeling spot each day. All in all, Neptune’s Nest was just what we needed to combine our work with relaxation. It’s definitely worth renting this home.

Grand Cayman is Open! Neptune's Nest is highly recommended. This home is beautiful, beds and pillow are so comfy. Plenty of room for family of 6. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. Drinking water out of the fridge tasted wonderful. We used washer/dryer a couple times during our stay. One closet had snorkel gear and beach towels for use. Loved watching the sun come up each morning from the Patio. We used the pools every day. Evenings we took a walk on the beach. Trish is an amazing host. Always a text or phone call away. When we visit Grand Cayman again, we would stay here in a heartbeat. If visiting Grand Cayman please check out Neptune's Nest for your vacation rental.

This East End property was perfect for my family. It allowed us to see the island and yet have a quiet place to come back to and relax. The beach front allowed us to go on our runs and walks in the morning or in the evenings. The property is clean and has many amenities. We felt at home. I will recommend this property to anybody.

Trish was amazing, very responsive and full of useful information. Nothing was too much for her.
