Rumor has it, this home was the old Downtown Fire Station.

Loved the house....very clean and decorated very nicely! The street was very pretty too! Good location for us.
The only problem we had which was not a big deal except to our disabled son who stayed in that room and loves to watch tv before bed, is there was no remote and we couldn't figure out how to turn the tv on. I did text about it the next day but no response. I also reached out about possibly staying another night. Which we ended up not doing, but no reponse. The communication was my only complaint with the whole experience. I'm sure it wasn't done on purpose and maybe the messages weren't seen, idk. But otherwise, great place to stay!

We had a 5 star experience in the home. Location is on a tree lined street within walking distance to the cute downtown. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and we just loved our time here.

The property was perfect for 6 of us! We enjoyed the lovely neighborhood and the walkability to downtown. The house was well appointed with kitchenware and bathroom items, including a curling iron! We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Nicely appointed kitchen; comfy beds and bathrooms. Bright and cheery! House is just down the street from Guantonios (a must try). A pretty easy walk to downtown. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent rental a few blocks from downtown Lodi! Location was great in a family-friendly and safe neighborhood. The property was cozy and clean and the check-in process was a breeze. Easy walk to the main downtown area with plenty of restaurants, breweries, and wine bars. It was perfect for a family of four (two adults, two kids) while visiting family and friends over the holiday break. We'll definitely look to stay here again next time we're in town!

We had a great time with our friends - the Firehouse was a comfortable, clean, and well-furnished place to stay. We walked downtown to enjoy wine tasting, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you, Janice and Andy!

We absolutely loved this home. It had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was well appointed and totally met our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable (I might suggest adding a couple of firm pillows to each bed). The home was close to downtown so once we parked our car for the day it stayed parked. We could walk to anywhere in downtown. We are from the east coast but would love to come back one day and when we do, this is where we will stay. Thank you for the great experience.

We stayed in the Firehouse while in town for a friend's wedding. The house is very comfortable, as described, and super cute. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds in every bedroom, darling patio to sit in for balmy evenings and coffee in the mornings. We are happy we chose this place! the only comment I would share is garbage picks up Friday am's early and is very noisy. Otherwise, nothing but rave reviews from us! Thank you!!

Honestly mostly everything was really nice. The house had a good layout. Plenty of parking. The inside was right on point. The outside seating area and porch were a bit dusty and could use a broom on the cob webs. And the rotting pop up was a bit of an eyesore (sorry, just being honest). Loved the location and our overall stay was nice. We would totally stay there again.

My husband & I enjoyed our weekend stay here with our 2 children. The house was very comfortable & has a nice layout. The homeowners were very quick to respond to our questions & we appreciated how kind & helpful they were! We had a wonderful time.

The Firehouse was very comfortable, beautifully remodeled, and an enjoyable place to stay for my whole family. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the location and was able to walk and explore the quaint downtown.

The house was great for our needs. What would have made it perfect was using the outdoor patio with cafe lights. There were SO. MANY. SPIDERS, spiderwebs, and weeds that we couldn't use the patio, which was a bummer. The weather was perfect for it, and it would have enhanced the stay. I also think a brand-new kitchen sponge should be left for each guest. Having a used sponge at the kitchen sink upon arrival was a little icky. Everything else was spot on and we really enjoyed it.

The house is in a great location and sits on the corner of a quaint neighborhood. The home was fully furnished with lots of extras which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Janice and her husband have done a wonderful job decorating the “firehouse” and the comfortable beds and furniture were a plus.
We plan to stay again on our next Lodi visit.

We enjoyed our stay here! We grilled out on the patio, cooked our meals, relaxed in the living room, and had great sleeping accommodations. Plus the location was central to all our activies in Lodi and the surrounding areas.

We're a group of college friends that were in town for UOP's homecoming. We loved being so close to downtown and walked there several times. Your home is beautiful, clean and the beds are comfy. Thank you very much!

A perfect safe location for a family to stay together, cook together, and hangout. And it was so clean! Had everything we could need including coffee filters! Because I hate to buy 100 coffee filters for 2 days…. Every vrbo should be this well stocked! They even had coffee but we did bring some just in case! If we are ever in this area again would stay here in a heart beat!

Really enjoyed our first visit to Lodi! The house was very clean and as others mention, the neighborhood is very walkable. Having access to a washer & dryer and use of a grill was nice. Would have liked chairs on the front porch and some type of welcome (recommendation book, local flower bouquet, or even a bottle of Lodi wine) but those are just perks and our stay was delightful.

We had a wedding to attend that had been postponed the previous 2 years due to Covid. To say we were excited is a ridiculous understatement.
The property was exactly as listed. Besides being close to everything, it was clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The history of the house was a bonus that only added to the charm. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Lodi area.

Cute old firehouse near downtown
We loved that this home offered 2 bedrooms with king beds, and 1 with a queen. It was clean, up to date, and offered. Full kitchen so we could cook and drink wine. Walking distance from downtown and in a gorgeous neighborhood- I would 100% rent here again!

Adorable convenient location
A group of us were here for a retreat also mile away so the location was very convenient. The house was spotless. It was very comfortable and plenty of space for all of us. Enjoyed sitting out on the private check every morning
