My husband and I loved this home !!! It was so clean and so gorgeously decorated !!! And I have had several occasions to talk with the owner, and I think she must be just as lovely as her home !!! If we ever get to travel to Sumter again, we definitely want to stay there again !!! 🤗❤️

Our stay at the property was very nice. Everything you needed was there The property was clean and neat. It was convenient to everywhere we were going to. There could have been a little more toilet paper, we took care of that. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.:)0

We have a family in various states. We came to Sumter to celebrate our first grandchild. This home was perfect for the 4 of us to spend our mornings and evenings. The accommodations were spot on and we enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Wonderful for our needs as a family.

The kitchen was stocked with all of the tools we needed for cooking and the house was comfortable and inviting. Perfect for what we needed!

My family and I stayed at Mrs. Patricia's PALACE during the month of April, we were going to visit my son during his military graduation. The home was absolutely spectacular it was so clean, smelled amazing and definitely felt like home. The neighborhood was beautiful had no issues with any of the neighbors. Also I had forgotten some of my belongings and miss Patricia was so diligent and quick to inform me and send them. Overall this day was absolutely amazing I had a great time my family and I felt very comfortable in her home I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10. Thank you again miss Patricia

We enjoyed having lots of room to visit with our son and new baby. We had plenty of room for my 83 year old mom to have her own bathroom and room. The flowers blooming were gorgeous in the area and weather was so nice we were able to cook instead of eating out every night. The grill worked, but needs a little help staying upright. Beds were soft but comfy. Super close to beautiful Swan Park and grocery stores. Patricia was kind and accommodating. Thanks for being a great hostess!

The house was everything we needed for the weekend. Three bedrooms and two baths were perfect for a party of four!

Not only was this property located in a quiet neighborhood, it was very clean and nicely decorated. The host thought of everything one might need when staying there. If I had any questions she responded very quickly. I would stay here again.

Patricia has a very lovely home and I see why she has high rated reviews. Her home is lovely and she is very easy to contact and provide assistance. We had an issue with chirpping alarm systems and she was very prompt with taking care of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in South Carolina and in staying at her home. If we every come that way again we would love to come stay again.

Clean, comfy, friendly

The property was well okay he was able to check in early we stay in contact with each other. Kids enjoyed house at cable internet. Gas stations and grocery stores family Dollar Dollar general all was in our location not far from the highway.

We had a wonderful experience at Patricia's lovely, impeccable home. Everything was clean and welcoming, the bed and plush bedding in the main bedroom were so comfortable, all the amenities of home were included and last but not least, it was beautifully decorated thoughout. Patricia was very responsive to a few questions we had as well. Overall we had a great time which made our first trip to South Carolina a memorable one.

The property was easy to get to, in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for our family to stay. We were extremely comfortable and Patricia was wonderful in communicating.

The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The only thing that was missing was a space for me to set up my workstation. I made it work though. Patricia was a joy to work with and communication was timely.

Patricia, your home is just lovely! We we so impressed with the beautiful decor and your thoughtfulness in ensuring that all of our needs were met! The home was in close proximity to the Air Force base, which was the purpose of our visit to Sumter. We had a nice walk at the Sawn Lake park and enjoyed the various local restaurants (Bakers was our favorite!). The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating in the dining and living room. There was an issue with the stove burners; two didnt seem to work, but we mostly went out to eat or ordered Door Dash so that didnt bother us. Thank you again for your kindness and opening your wonderful home to us. We will certainly be back, if our son ends up at Shaw AFB again next year. Hopefully the Flea Market by the base will be more active at that time. It seemed like the heat kept a lot of vendors away.

We had an excellent experience staying in Patricia’s property. The check-in process was simple and easy. Her home is very tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Patricia’s home as a excellent alternative to hotels in the area.

We was impressed with pictures on line of the property but when we saw it in person, everything had been updated. Very cute, clean and quiet neighborhood. Every drawer, cabinet had in it just what we needed for the 5 days we were there. The host of the house was very gracious. Hope we have the opportunity to visit the same property again.

Patricia's place was very clean and peaceful. We had everything that we needed for our stay and Patricia was available to answer the additional questions that I had for her. I would highly recommend Patricia's place to anyone who is visiting Sumter and looking for a clean, comfortable place to relax.
