MAIN COTTAGE
INTERIOR
This cottage features spacious, open-concept principle rooms, wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, white walls, and exquisite reclaimed barn board flooring. The Great Room provides a wonderful space for family and friends to congregate and is equipped with a large stone fireplace, a sitting area, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The elegant kitchen is also located on the main floor of the cottage and features stainless steel appliances, an island with 4 stools, a double-door refrigerator, and sleek white quartz countertops. The dining table is located just beyond the island with seats for 8 guests, and doors leading out to the spacious upper deck. The Muskoka Room can be accessed through the kitchen, which is complete with a stone fireplace and a sitting area. All three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the main level of the cottage. The Primary bedroom features a King size bed, a sitting area, and a 4-pc ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a separate W/C. The two additional bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds (one with walkout to deck) and share a 4-pc bathroom with two sinks and a large shower.
GUEST COTTAGE

The impressive, exceptionally built 2-slip boathouse with an additional jet ski slip (only 1 slip available for renters) features a spacious lower level with sleek glass doors, a large double-door refrigerator w/ freezer, a sink, a bar area, a 2-pc bathroom, and a lower level sundeck with Muskoka chairs. With enough seating area for 8 people, the extensive upper deck is the perfect place to catch some rays or cool off with a cocktail. The boathouse is equipped with wifi (weak signal)
The boathouse, guest house and bunkies are not equipped with air conditioning
All properties are outfitted with Jayne's White Linens, unlimited Internet/WIFI, at least 1 Smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, vacuum and cleaning supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $1200 per rental
The security deposit is 40% of the weekly rental rate for 1 week rentals and 25% of the weekly rental rate if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. Other amounts could be considered on a one-off basis for Repeat Guests.
This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
