Overall pretty good for the price!

Number 1 of the reasons I choose this facility was it's closeness in distance to where I needed to be. Dunkin Donuts in front of the building was the ONLY plus.

The 1st room we were assigned to was room 104, the carpets looked and smelled like they were in desperate need of a GOOD cleaning, room didn't smell good, the top bed cover (sheet), as well as all 4 bed pillows had dark hair all over them, called desk, desk lady shows up, with "Clean" bed linens, tells us she isn't "House keeping", upon her removal of the bed linens, she finds stains on the mattress cover, she decides to move us to room 124, at the other end of the hall. "Shady" looking characters hanging in parking lot after dark, wasn't feeling to safe!

Beautiful modern building with friendly faces to make your stay pleasant. Just hold your nose.

The hotel lobby was very clean and looked modern. The room size was big and the bathroom was large, too. You didn't feel cramped in this place. I especially liked the staff. Friendly and eager to say hello to all of their people.

After I booked and checked in, I realized that this hotel was meant for long term stays. People staying there had been there for a while and had made themselves very comfortable. Some leaving their doors open and talking loudly to their neighbors down the hall. The smell of marijuana was prevalent from a door right by the elevator so no way to avoid it. And because of it's location on a busy road, making a left hand turn out of the parking lot was a matter of life or death.

Did not see a breakfast, cable and internet services were down during my stay

No offers of discount or compensation for cable and internet being down during stay, and this was mentioned until after payment and check in was made, I wish this would have been mentioned before I paid at the front desk.

There’s not really anything I can say we didn’t like, if we had to pick one thing during check in we stood there in an empty lobby for about 5 minutes while staff got settled to check us in. Note: this really wasn’t a big deal but if I had to pick something

When I check in as a guess they told me that I had to pay in advance from one weeks so I paid but when I check out early they failed to tell me that they wouldn’t refund me for the days that I did not stay

Nice Facilities can improve breakfast and enforce smoking policy.

Breakfast was minimum could of been more biscuits sausage eggs grits or bacon

The guest beside us talked the whole night. Strong marijuana smell through the hallway. Didn’t get much sleep.

We loved that it was clean, we were tired from a 6 hour drive, only 20 mins from Graceland which was our final destination and it was a great area.

Very disappointing, unclean property that reeked of marijuana.

The property was in a location that was convenient as we were passing through Olive Branch.

When we walked into our room, the smell was overwhelming air freshener, the beds were made but dirty with stains, there was blood on the walls, snot on the walls, then the air freshener smell was overpowered by marijuana smell. Called the front desk, staff came up to verify the room was not clean, then offered us a suite. The suite was better, but still had crumbs on the floor. This was not what we expected when we read the reviews about the property.
