Super místo, super personál, krásná příroda. Kousek pěšky od lanovky mezi Skalkou a Hanychovem nebo pár desítek pěšky lesem dolů do Hanychova na tramvaj. Fajn restaurace samozřejmostí.
Úklid pokojů by opravdu snesl lepší odvedenou práci, a to i v porovnání s jinými horskými chatami. Aby se mezi matracemi postele nacházely posmrkané kapesníky, to už jsem dlouho nezažil. A úplně nechápu, jak je to při stlaní možné vůbec přehlédnout.

Nestled in beautiful nature, with amazing views

Nice mountain complex in a great location, super-loud wooden floor, very modest rooms and bathrooms, but a really nice breakfast. Everything there was quite extraordinary, even the kids playground outside.
We came a little late, they lost our reservation, but an extremely polite and nice Ukrainian lady were there, showed us everything and made a difference. I should probably put her in another category...

Great location, however might be a bit difficult to get to from Liberec - I was hoping to get the chairlift but in the evening everything was closed, so had to climb up the hill. But it was definitely worth it - the peaceful location and super views make up for the effort.
The food could be improved, both dinner and breakfast. Good enough after hiking or as a lunch stop during a long day outdoors but could be improved. Breakfast just ok, nothing to remember or look forward to.

The location and the atmosphere is great. Food is really nice too. Everything is clean including the rooms.
The staff didn't seem like they really wanted us there at all. Got annoyed with us because of a payment error on their side. We intended to stay another night but they were just so uninviting we left ASAP the next morning. I understand we are English speakers but throughout czechia people were lovely to us so I don't really think the language barrier was the issue. They really just didn't like us being there for some reason. Really would not reccomend for this reason as it felt like we were intruders in their home.

Very low key, nothing fancy (which is not bad). Lovely staff and superb breakfast. Would definitely go again, if the payment problem somehow solved.
One major downside that flipped the whole deal upside down:
My main reason to pick this place was the low price. However, you can only pay here with cash and I had to withdraw cash only for this payment and this costs so much that the end price was 50% more than listed.

The location is a total stunner.. alone in the woods with the view of the Jested just next to you.. tranquillity in its best.
The staff was great! and Pilsner too :-)
the facility is dated and a bit smelly from the kitchen ... shared bathroom feels like from the 70s ...
Breakfast not meet the price/standard at all

- Staff was very helpful in spite of the language barrier
- Spectacular location but be aware that there are no other buildings around
- Beautiful paths to the village down-hill and to the forest
- Old infrastructure, e.g. creeking floors and elementary sanitary
- Funny smell in the corridor and rooms
- Be sure to have sufficient cash or an online banking app

Great location, friendly staff
Little scruffy, shared facilities, wifi unstable in our room but strong at outer terace
