- 1 street parking space + 1 secure parking space (on the coast)
The 8 x 4 m swimming pool is protected by an alarm system, but is not supervised and remains the sole responsibility of the tenant, who must ensure that children are supervised.

Villa Stella is located in the lower part of Piton St-Leu, very close to St-Leu, its beach and its many bars and restaurants.
Paragliding is just a few minutes away, as is the turtle observatory at Kélonia.
Halfway between the western beaches and the beautiful Etang-Salé beach in the south-west, it is also the ideal starting point for a host of tourist attractions.
Close to all amenities: less than 5 minutes away, you'll find the E.Leclerc shopping centre in Le Portail, then in the centre of Piton, you'll find Super U, a bakery, pharmacy, greengrocers, butcher's, shops, post office, banks, wine cellar, etc.
Minimum stay of 4 nights
House intended for peaceful family use. Non-smoking interior space. Out of respect for the neighborhood, festive evenings not authorized. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
