Pros: Nice apartment for a family, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely to be able to see the mountains from the balcony, and sit near the (gas) fire with a glass of wine. Cons: up the hill from Queenstown CBD, quite an energetic walk. Current roadworks make it hard to drive down into the CBD. Shower head was broken when we checked in (but manager was responsive and good to deal with). Carpark is miniscule - don't bring a big SUV with a roof rack. There's a washing machine but no dryer.

Clean and comfortable. Good communication about check in. Nice deck space with a decent view. Small garage, but we were still able to fit out Toyota Highlander into it.

The apartment fit our needs perfectly and the view was stunning! We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the fireplace and the balcony.

Property was adequate for the two of us with all the amenities as advertised. Views of lake somewhat limited by properties in front. Whilst a short distance to Queenstown, roads are quite steep and require a vehicle for anyone that needed assistance or had difficulty walking uphill. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of apartment make it ideal for two couples, however the king bed (split king) had a prominent ridge in the middle. Biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. Apartment felt musty on arrival, had food remnants on plates and bathrooms required thorough cleaning before use.
