My wife said she would not re-rent the unit.
The location was excellent. We were closely located to the attractions and the larger house was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. Hosts were excellent. Internet service was fine and compensated for the lack of cellular service outside of Hill City.The house includes a large garage. Bottle water dispenser included with the house.
AC thermostat problems resulted in multiple poor nights of sleep. Not the best situation for a vacation. The home is aged and requires repairs and updating (slow draining sink, master bath hot tub, light switches that don't turn don't affect anything). There was a significant number of spiders and moths, in the house. Would have like one key for all outside locks and prefer and lock between the living area and the garage.

This is a wonderful large space for your group or family to stay while exploring the Black Hills.
The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was very easy to access the local attractions and we enjoyed viewing the deer in the morning and evening.
