When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned due to miscommunication from an outside repair service. We proceeded to contact Jeannie and she told me to contact the cleaning/property manager. The cleaning crew arrived within the hour and did a very nice job.
Jeannie was a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt with answering emails prior to arrival and phone calls while there. Her cleaning/property manager was great as well.
Overall, the condo was extremely nice (great location, within walking distance to many conveniences, and great view of the city and ocean).
However, having two older individuals in the party, it may be a consideration to upgrade to handle bars in the shower and tub/shower combo.
Overall, our experience was fantastic. We would definitely rent again.

This is a nice place to stay in a nice hotel tower. The room has two balconies to enjoy the busy city life. Plenty of towels and necessities to get you through your stay. Room is large enough for the family to gather and enjoy.

Awesome set up and spot. Check in was easy and communication with host was awesome

I stayed here with my family (all adults) for a group trip in Oahu. It was easy to follow the instructions left by Jeannie and team re: entering the unit, parking (valet and public parking at the back), amenities, nearby recommendations, etc. The unit was far from the elevators so there was limited, if any noise, from the hallway which was a plus. Lots of big windows and natural light.

Our accommodations did not disappoint. We had beautiful views of the city and of the beach. We were even able to see a Lakalaka - Tonga dance from our balcony! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the living area was perfect for the six of us! Definitely a place we would consider staying again if we took the family on the next trip. Our host kept in communication, all of this equaled to a fantastic vacation!

Our stay at IIikai Apt Bldg was as I hoped it would be, a clean place big enough b together. There was a master bedrooms king size bed with two closets and bathroom with shower and tub. The other bedroom had a twin bed and full size bed, and that room had a connected door to the shared bathroom with the rest of the condo. The two sofas let down to a full size bed. There were six adults in our party with one female, so everyone slept comfortably. There wasn't bedding for both sofas when we arrive for the first night. However, the owner was very responsive to my request and arranged for another blanket and sheet by the next afternoon. My contract gave me 24 hours of arriving to let them know of any issues. I notice two lamps were cracked when we arrive, so not to be held responsible, I reported it to the owner. She replaced them the next morning. We were on the 16th floor and it was very windy during our stay, so it limited being able to leave the sliding door to the balcony open on one side. There was rain showers off and on our entire stay which keep temperature mild. I appreciated all the kitchenette provided: full size refrigerator, stove top with oven, microwave, dishwasher and pots, skillets, plates, glasses, mugs, eating utensils. The stove was electric [I've always had a gas stove.] My son made a full breakfast which we ate at a six seat dining table. I enjoyed our stay at this location The owner was easy to communicate with and pleasant and responsive to my request.

It was a good location with lots to do. Good food places close by and beach just a short walk away. Vacuum didn’t seem to work so we swept up as well as we could. It was clean and would recommend to anyone.

We loved staying at the Ilikai. The location is perfect, walking distance from the mall, lagoon, beaches and eateries. Condo has the perfect view!

Everything was perfect. It was an amazing rental.
the only thing for me at the time of writing this review, the Property amenities listed a bidet, but there wasn't one in the unit itself.
There is a possibility there was public one in the hotel but I couldn't find it

We had a very nice stay in Honolulu. The condo was furnished nicely and was clean. The master bath needs to be updated.

The room was exactly what we expected - comfortable, clean, and cozy. The property manager was easy to talk to and we had a great time.

A little dated with some deferred maintenance, but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again.

The property needs repairs and upkeep.
The pictures do not reflect the current condition.
No plug for kitchen sink. No dishrag to actually wash dishes.

Great location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to central city. Facilities aging but work well. A great space for 5 adults.

We loved the location right near Al’s Moana Park. The building was a little dated as well as the furniture. It was nice staying in a condo rather than a hotel room.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, very comfortable. Would stay again.

The condo was wonderful, clean, and just as listed. The hall way on the 16th floor going to the condo was awful-it smelled so bad of mildew and desperately needs to be addressed. The laundry room on this floor was a mess as well-i would suggest going to a different floor for laundry. There is a lot of noise from the street in the condo. The location of the condo was ideal-walking distance to everything….
While the condo was wonderful and very comfortable-the mildew bothered me enough i would not stay again unless it was fixed. Also all if the ac units/vents need to be cleaned in the condo

Everything was great! There was more than enough space for 7. My only complaint is the front bathroom could use some hooks for towels/ clothes. Everything was conveniently located for walking. Would recommend this place to friends.

2 bedroom unit was clean and fully equipped. Unit owner was very quick and responsive to a small plumbing issue.

Jeannie was prompt and kind in replying to my messages. Great location. We could see the beach, Hilton’s luau, and fireworks from balcony.
Some of the information in the binder could be updated. Parking at Ilikai Marina Garage by Red Lobster for $28 a day seemed to be the best deal.

The property was well maintained, clean and well stacked.
The rent was a little expensive.

Generally what was shown in the photos and condo info was accurate. TV in living room was difficult to operate. Proper control not present. Former tenants had changed input options and we had to get technician to make the adjustments. More of a problem for some than others. No cooking was done. Just some leftover warmups. "Vacation" Thank you for letting us use your condo.

Kitchen pots and panes need to be replaced. They are worn out. Lacking silverware for a family greater than 4. Overall, stay was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay ❤️ It was home away from home.

Very basic property much like a hotel stay nothing extra. Hotel type soaps, towels, no extras very basic. Not well maintained walls peeling, mold from water damage in bathroom. Very small bedrooms. Does have large windows for light and lots of patio doors. Ok views partial ocean view, city view. Staff of hotel was very nice. Valet prices out of date $45 per day.

The ease of checking in and the size of the unit was perfect for our group of 6. Clean, roomy, and near everything we needed. Some parts of the unit needed cosmetic work, but that didn't change the overall appearance of the property.
We'd book it again if we came back. The property manager was easy to work with and got back to us quickly with any questions we had.

My family enjoyed the 3 nights we stayed here. Check in was a breeze, I did come across a little bit of a snag but Jeannie was able to help us get into our room quickly. Amazing views and surrounded with plenty of shops and restaurants (walking distance). Valet is a bonus- didn’t have to find parking on my own and the staff were always quick. I recommend that you have breakfast at Cinnamon’s ( right in the lobby area) very delicious and we were seated fairly quickly (party of 9). Overall experience was A1. Would definitely return.

The condo is located very convenient area, 3 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to Alamoana center, and in front of Waikiki trolley stop. Cleanliness was ok. The owner, Jeannie responded to our questions timely manner and provided helpful information. Overall good quality. Thank you for the great time in Oahu!

It is a perfect location. Walking distance to almost anywhere in Waikiki. Wonderful clean apartment with ample room for 2 families. Loved it so much booked for the Honolulu marathon 2023.

Our suite ,could do with a nice coat of paint, other wise everything else was perfect for us. Would stay again

This was a decent stay. Not too fancy, not too bad. The beds in the second room ( double/ twin ) are very uncomfortable. The twin bed concaves in the middle which made it difficult for a pregnant woman to sleep on and she opted for the smaller couch instead which also concaves in the middle... Unit has a city view and if you really look, you could see the ocean a little. Nice thing was the A/C units. One in the master, one in the second room, and two in the living room. The beach towels came in handy. Overall unit needs to be updated, needs better bedding, and the carpets are dirty, so if your going to stay here, make sure to bring house slippers.
Decided to stay here since we’ve stayed at a beautiful and same sized VRBO at illikai but it was not available. It’s convenient to the ala moana mall, about 0.8-1.5 ish miles to Waikiki, and you can walk down to the beach from Illikai.
