Great place for friends from three states to gather and spend time together. Lots of room!

Place was spacious and set up perfect.

Beautifully, fully furnished and well-stocked townhouse with gorgeous, picturesque mountain views from most windows. Excellent layout provides space and privacy for multiple or large families. We especially loved the location and convenience using shuttles for much of our transportation needs. An added and unexpected bonus was most rooms having their own thermostat for individual comfort. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect condo for our stay. plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were plenty big for our large group. shuttles were fast and friendly. would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to steamboat with a large group.

My family gathered from every US time zone to enjoy Christmas together in this fantastic Steamboat Springs townhome. It was a winter wonderland with the most amazing views of the ski runs. Great floor plan with plenty of space to gather together and five private bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed the private hot tub after skiing. No need for a car with the convenient and prompt shuttle.

The only thing we did not like was the property had no air conditioning. The two bedrooms were 86 degrees each e which made it very uncomfortable.

Thanks to Vacasa for putting us in this beautiful home when the one that we originally reserved had a problem. It had plenty of room for our family while we were there for our son’s wedding. We loved how well equipped the kitchen was, the large table, balcony, hot tub, and grill. We had a wonderful week and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Amazing condo. Stocked with everything our group of 8 could have possibly needed. Great view of the mountain, spacious and comfortable interior, comfy beds, easy access to the gondola (on foot or by frequent Vacasa shuttle service). 10/10 I would return to stay at this condo. Until next time, Steamboat!

Beds were great, shuttle picked us up in front of the driveway for short ride to lift. Kitchen was well equipped but there is not much room for pantry items. We used the back wall of the dining room. I bought a small hand mixer and left it there; a small food processor would have been most welcome.
We had a wonderful time and recommend this place highly.

Stayed here with a large group (10) of college friends for a ski trip. It was perfect. Tons of beds and plenty of showers for a large group. Great location with very easy access to the ski base. The shuttle system was awesome. We never touched our cars once we got there. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The living room has plenty of room for the 10 of us to hang out in. We will definitely stay here again.

For a home that sleeps 14, the tiny bathrooms on the basement level were unacceptable. One bathroom had one sink and no water closet and yet, 10 people had to share that bathroom. Also, there is one refrigerator at this home, which meant we could only buy food for our 14-party group for two days and had to repeatedly go back to the grocery store. Surely the homeowner could spring for a second fridge. Also, the microwave and dryer worked intermittently. The hot tub had clearly not been cleaned, so we lost a day of use there while we waited for maintenance to address the disgusting smell from the dingy filters. The location and shuttle service were great. I just wish the home, with its paper-thin walls, had been built more solidly. No fun to be in the first floor below the kitchen and it sound like folks in slippers are wearing ski boots as they make breakfast. Overall, I love Steamboat, but this place fell short for the money.

This property was perfect for our family ski trip. The location so close to the gondola with consistent shuttle made it so easy for our multi generation group. We range in age from 9-76.
While the property is lovely and obviously cared for we did have some issues. None of the issues ruined our trip, but were a little gross and inconvenient. There were dirty towels in the downstairs bedrooms and the toilet had urine in it when we arrived leaving us to wonder how well the property was cleaned before we arrived. The hot tub was cloudy and yucky and maintenance had to come empty it and start over. There were a lot of instructions about the care and use of the hot tub but no instructions for chemical use. We have a hot tub and understand how to use chemicals but others may not, which could create icky issues. Our hot tub was unavailable for our use for 2 days of our trip. The hot tub was the deciding factor between this property and another, so we were disappointed. We had some issues with the heat. Part of it was that a bunk bed completely covered one thermostat and it could not be used without moving the beds. In another room maintenance had to do some boiler repair. We never had heat in the basement bathrooms during our stay. When they moved the bunk beds to gain access to the thermostat they realized it was broken. So they removed the top bunk, shoved the mattress upright against a wall and never came back to repair or replace. One of the kids had to sleep on the floor. A first world problem, but we paid for a property where everyone had a bed in an appropriate room. That wasn't what we got.
In the kitchen the microwave has had some trauma and didn't really work. The drawer on the oven is broken and we couldn't get it back in after opening it. We cooked all of our meals for 12 people, so when the kitchen was full of bodies the drawer was a hazard.
The shuttle service up to the resort was awesome and reliable. The drivers were helpful. We tried to schedule a dinner shuttle, something 2 drivers said we could do. When we called they told us we could only call 20-30 minutes in advance. When we did that they said we could only call when we were ready and waiting and it would be 5-10 minutes. So we called when all 12 of us were ready which left our 73+ year old parents standing outside for 26 minutes in the blowing snow. We had a great week, and the property is nice, there may just be some management issues. That said, we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The view from the living/ dining area was of the beautiful ski slopes. We were close to town with lots of shopping and fabulous restaurants. The 8th Street Steakhouse was exceptionally and also try Winona’s, The Lyons Drug and Soda Fountain and Salt and Lime restaurants!! The electric bikes were fun from Pedago’s. All is located on Lincoln Ave. If we are back in this area we will be sure to stay here again!!

Our 2nd stay and it was a lot of fun
Very roomy and nice. The basement stays very cool for the 3 bedrooms down there which was very helpful in the summer. The outside temp was over 90 degrees but the nights cooled down to the 50’s so if we opened the windows at night it was great.
