I’d stay again if it wasn’t so expensive

Extremely noisey. Doors slamming, etc. Hair all over the bathroom floor.

Probably won’t book there again

Friendly and helpful staff. The kids liked the pool. There are multiple restaurants near by to pick from.

The air conditioner was really loud. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. There were drips of something on my light switch. The walls were dirty, and the shower needed a good scrub in the grout

Please work on cleanliness and sanitation

Location and affordability

Cleanliness or the lack there of. The night stands had hair from someone else and a cup marks so clearly weren’t wiped or sanitised. Microwave in the breakfast area was not clean

Excellent breakfest, nice location, close to the zoo .... food near by was a bonus..... staff very helpful with what is around the local area.

Comfy beds

During check in, the receptionist didn’t even greet me when I walked up. She kept messing with papers. I had to interrupt and ask to be waited on. She seemed off in space, maybe slammed that night but you can tell she was preoccupied.

Outstanding facility! I would stay there again!

Everything! The entire facility is clean and beautiful. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beds we’re comfortable and the pillows amazing. The breakfast included warm breakfast sandwiches and excellent coffee was available 24/7.

For 160.00 for one night it was not worth it!

The bed was uncomfortable, no carpet in the rooms left it very cold at night, hostess at desk was texting and made us wait until she was finished. She kept telling us we were lucky to get the room, since their was a lot of softball tournaments in the area.

We’ll probably not consider returning.

The breakfast was good, adequate. However, I was looking for decaf tea of which you had none. Also, it would be good to have almond or coconut milk or any none dairy milk available for those who can’t drink regular cow’s milk.

We stayed two days and asked for housekeeping service after the first night. We left the hotel around 7:30 am and came back around 8:00 pm and our room was still not taken care of. I would think that should’ve been done early in the day. We were both tired and very angry it wasn’t taken care of. Also, the floor of the shower was slippery. It needs to be cleaned better plus there was a spider in there.

Indoor pool and gym were great to chill out. Very comfortable rooms with different pillows, clean and nice and clean bathroom. Awesome breakfast as well.

I stayed here by myself and I felt very safe. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I stay here every time I am in Hilliard for treatments.

I wish breakfast had toast or breakfast sandwiches without meat.

Overpriced for very basic accomodations and some unwanted surprises

Basic needs met but lacking attention to detail

Had to relocate out room due to leaking window. Previous occupant put used tissue back in box was unnoticed by housekeeping, post Covid this seems like a HUGE oversight. I might not have noticed except I was unfortunately ill during my stay and reached for a tissue to find a crusty used one in the box. I blame the previous occupant but still, horrifying and disgusting. Breakfast sandwiches were stale. Due to no carpet it sounded like an elephant parade in the evening and morning.

Good price, comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff, clean, USB and 3 prong outlets on both bedside tables.

The breakfast was a little subpar.
