Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, WC and a window overlooking the sea. On the lower floor are the entrance, another small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a large living room with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a cupboard with a minibar. There is a 32" LCD TV with satellite reception and Sky decoder (Sky customers can use their own card), as well as a well-stocked video library with DVDs. Furthermore, there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances.

In the outdoor area is a terrace of about 20 m² in size, which can be reached via the kitchen or the living room. It is equipped with an electric awning, table, chairs and deck chairs. In addition, it is surrounded by a low wall, which can also be used as a seating area. There is a barbecue and private parking area for one car. Further cars can be parked on the street.

The maximum occupancy is eight people, children (also infants) included. Infants can either sleep in a cot or single bed, which can be equipped with child safety bars. The Internet connection is established Wi-Fi.

The villa is located close (three minutes by car) to the long sandy beach, the harbour, the shopping centre and the picturesque golf course with 18 holes.
