This newly built and professionally designed space welcomes solo travelers on business, couples seeking a weekend escape, or those in search of an extended stay. Revel in the comfort of a single bedroom featuring a cozy queen-size bed and smart TV which you can stream from your own accounts. The living room offers a Queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy a pristine full bath, laundry facilities, and the convenience of keyless entry for a seamless stay. Bring your canine companion (no cat). We also offer The Greyhound Suite B located next to The Graduate if you are in need of another apartment (traveling with family, friends or work colleagues). Structure parking on 3rd St and Lake ($3.50 a day/night) is encouraged or street metered parking (download Passport Parking App) check hours please. We look forward to your stay!

We had a great time checking out the city! Great food, great shops, great apartment! Safe, plenty of parking on the streets or parking garage, walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants.

Rented this place for a girls' vacay with my teenage daughter. She wanted to spend some leisurely time on the beach. North Beach in Racine is rated as one of the most pristine beaches on all of Lake Michigan...it does not disappoint. We also enjoyed the marina, many local restaurants and shops which are all within walking distance. The apartment is well appointed and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and there are ample towels as well as kitchenware/gadgets (even a blender!) The landlord sent multiple emails to check in and provide schedule tips/reminders. This apartment is above the business district on Main St. So parking is as you would expect...metered on the street out front or in a public ramp within one block. The daily parking rate in the ramp is $3.50. Coming from a much larger city, this struck me as quite the bargain! As other reviewers have noted, access to this second floor apartment requires navigating a steep staircase...there is no elevator. We also noticed the street noise (as mentioned in other reviews) and agree that it is barely noticeable from the back of the apartment where the bedroom is situated. Neither of these things was too bothersome to us in the larger scheme of things. Rent with confidence and enjoy!! Also treat yourself to some gelato from the Italian coffee shop across the street!!

Owner is WONDERFUL and very easy to contact. Unit is exactly as described- warm, inviting, stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend stay in this nicely decorated unit. Our only notes are (1) the high ceilings are great for ambience but not fun walking up the steep stairs, (2) location had some really good restaurants closeby like Maple Table but overall a bit bare. If you enjoy walking, the waterfront harbor is only a few blocks away. For us, this unit was perfect for a relazing weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed the location to fun shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Ivanhoe Irish Pub. Angela answered any questions we had and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area! The space is newer, nicely decorated, and very clean! There was a long flight of stairs to reach the home, but well worth it!!

Great spot in downtown Racine. Everything was wonderful and the location was really nice. No issues at all and the communication was spot on. We will be staying again in the next couple of weeks. Cheers!

We rented this charming apartment for 3 days. We were attending my great niece’s graduation party in Kenosha. This place was perfect for my husband and myself. It’s very nice with all the comforts of home. Racine was hopping with much entertainment on Friday night. There’s plenty to do and see including local artist galleries, cute little boutiques, and the lake is right there. Plenty of variety of food, everything was walkable from the place. We would definitely stay again.

Having never been to Racine before it was nice to be so close to my friends house who moved there from Portland, Oregon. A little noisy but the bedroom is in the back. Full set of stairs from the Street.

I was so impressed with this rental. Everything was spotless. The bedding smelled so fresh. It’s a perfect balance of cozy and stylish. There is such great attention to detail right down to the special towels for makeup removal and a kitchen equipped with everything I needed to make a great dinner. You can tell the owners take great pride in making sure their guests have an wonderful experience. It was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. We also lucked out and got to enjoy Racine’s Party on the Pavement festival right outside our door. Make sure to stop at the cute coffeeshop across the street. I recommend the turtle latte!

This is an immaculate apartment, beautifully designed, with all of the necessities. Bed and couch were very comfy. Location was great for being able to walk around downtown (check out the rocking chair scavenger hunt) and with close access to the beach and zoo. Angela was great to rent from!

Comfortable, clean, modern property with easy, short walk to North Beach. Wonderful air conditioned property with all the essentials and more that you would hope for in a VRBO. Host very considerate to provide coffee for breakfast and even fresh oranges. Not much of a view of the lake from living room but not needed as visiting the lake beach was a breeze. We chose to park in nearby garage for $2.00 per day. If ever back in Racine, WI, we'd stay again. Thank you, Angela!

This beautiful and unique unit was perfect for my daughter and me. She LOVED the high ceilings and location. We went to the beach and the zoo. Absolutely wonderful and it was clean and well-stocked!

Halloween in Racine
Very nice and very newly renovated 2nd story flat in historic downtown Racine. We were very comfortable and will consider renting again! Some downtown area businesses had poor hours so be sure to check ahead on Sunday. Entertained by the Halloween social scene on rhe streets below!

A little street noise if you are sleeping in living area on futon but bedroom nice and quiet. Close to North Beach was was a great afternoon on Lake.

The kitchen is well equipped and there’s filtered water in the fridge and coffee & tea are provided. There are a few games including chest & backgammon in the living area and Hulu is included on the TV. If you have issues with mobility, the steep stairway might be tricky as the condo is on the second floor of an old building. Bars, restaurants, coffee houses and shopping are literally steps away and the condo is close to the beach. Parking is not on site, but very close and only $2/night. The host Angela it’s quick to respond to questions. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautifully modeled apartment in a very convenient location. Loved that it was at the edge of town closest to the beach. The no-contact check-in/-out made the whole experience feel super safe and convenient with the pandemic stuff going on. The little touches like the k-cups/teas, cooking oil, sandwich baggies, etc. were very thoughtful and handy. Truly a great place to stay for an easy, relaxing getaway.

Beautiful and nice area
Location is perfect. It’s a walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. Very nice and clean. You can tell a lot of thought and creativity was put into the decoration and supplies included inside the living space. I am so glad I booked here. I would definitely recommend.
