Oceanfront Master Bedroom w/ access to the deck, oceanfront views from the kitchen and living space, and one of the largest decks in Carolina Beach for taking in those AMAZING views and afternoon naps! Parking below the unit. Elevator steps away from the front door.

-2 memory foam portable tri-fold mattresses that are stored in the master bedroom closet and can be used for 2 additional guest.

If you are looking for a great spot right on the water, with great views and location, look no further! When we first pulled in to the property, we were pleased to see that this unit had covered parking. This was great when it rained while also keeping your car about 30 degrees cooler than parking outside in the summer heat. The unit itself is super cute with lots of great touches throughout. Did I mention the view? Outstanding views from the living room and main bedroom! A large covered deck/porch was great to enjoy watching the sun rise while enjoying a cup of coffee, or for eating meals while enjoying the beach views and people watching. Location is excellent! We were able to walk to several restaurants so we didn’t have to fight for a parking spot. We also walked to the boardwalk one evening, and enjoyed a walk on the beach to come back home (walking to/from the boardwalk will also save you $40 for 2-hour parking in-season). Very fun!! Owners are very nice and happily respond to any questions you may have during your stay. I highly recommend booking this unit for your next trip to the beach!!

We needed a place for three families to share over Thanksgiving. This was the perfect house. Plenty of room for everyone. Furnishings were lovely. The beds very comfortable. We had a wonderful time

Ok.. The good... Great location, great view. Fairly clean... Not too my standards but I'm picky. The bad... Place is run down... And owners tried to spruce up but basically put lipstick on a pig. The floors are all slanted and spongy. Sliding doors don't lock, woodwork and trim is all beat up, rusty medicine cabinet, doors are hideous and the place is overall very used. TV in guest bedroom doesn't connect to wifi, mattresses in guest bedroom are shot. Seems to be the trend but even though they collect a cleaning fee, you are still required to take out the trash, load dishwasher, unmake beds, etc. pictures make it appear new but don't be fooled.

This condo is by far the BEST experience I have had in years. The location was perfect, and the pictures don't do the condo justice. It was spectacular. I have used VRBO countless times, and this rental had everything we needed. You don't have to bring anything with you unless you want a fancy coffee!!! I will definitely be renting this unit again. Also, the property manager was prompt in getting back to me about a quick question and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Service was impeccable. Definitely recommend. It will not disappoint.

We enjoyed our stay here, despite the cooler weather! Plenty of room, right on the beach! Spent time in downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Was perfect for getting our family together before the holiday.

This property was everything it was described as being. Great beach location. Well stocked the owners have thought of EVERYTHING. Literally, could just show up with your clothes. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the huge deck. The parking is superb.

Nicely furnished condo. Lots of extras. No need to bring anything for the beach- they have plenty of beach gear for everyone. Great time and location. Great owners who were prompt to answer when we needed them. We would highly recommend this property.

The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed from beach towels and beach chairs to shampoo, bodywash and conditioner right in the showers. The master king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Porch is large and great for morning coffee and family dinners. Ashley is very responsive if you need anything. She helped direct me to the most beautiful home decor/gift shop. It was great being able to park my car underneath the building. I highly recommend this unit. We had the best time!

Super cute condo - perfect location! Great communication with owners. Had one snafu with a door shortly after arrival and it was resolved promptly the following day with a quick reply to our initial message. Very comfortable and suited our family's needs well. Missing the view of the beach already!

This place was perfect for my family. The hosts thought of everything needed & the place we stayed was beautiful! We’ve discussed we will never book other places lol, we loves it here! So did our kids (3 & 1.5) the porch was the perfect hangout spot, so close to the beach & they had everything we needed for the beach!

I dont think we can ever top this place! The location was perfect and this was the best deck/patio we’ve stayed at. The condo is so stylish and has every amenity. Just bring your suitcase and spf, condo had bodywash, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, curling iron, even qtips! We loved not having to bring our own beach towels. Publix is close as well as many eateries, def visit the Tiki Bar, only steps away. We opted to rent chairs and umbrella for the week because we wanted fo be super lazy but condo comes with a storage closet of all you need. We loved having covered parking and our girls were able to lock up their rented bikes. We will definitely be back! What a view!

This property is simply gorgeous! It is perfectly situated right on the beach. Short walks to most things to see. My only issue was with check-in. I hadn't received any communication so I emailed the property manager when on VRBO when we were a few hours away (I do not believe it's the owner) and did not receive a response. I emailed a few more times and nothing. When we arrived, I had to struggle to find the # for the local property manager. When I called, no one answered, so I left a voicemail. I received a text, not a phone call, about 30 minutes later. Apparently, the email with the instructions on how to get into the property was sent a week or so prior and went to my junk mail. I just felt the communication on this could have been much better.. especially since we drove across the country and were already stressed enough for the long drive! This is not a reflection on the property though... it was PERFECT!

Rental was awesome and all answers were quickly answered. It was I guess a bit before season so many places were closed (Doughnut shop on boardwalk, pool(they were doing maintenance i think) and a bunch of other places) but rental was awesome. On beach, clean, quiet. Everything you could need. Fabulous experience with what was in your control. ( weather and pre-season not great but no fault of Host) Overall, super time! Thanks

My husband and I met our daughter for spring break. The location provided a perfect view and a great space for us to spend time together. Condo was very clean and had amenities (paper products, soap etc) to get us started. Only complaint is that the condo didn’t have any storage for food we brought and it needs enough dishes and glasses in the event there is a full house (we were only 3). We definitely recommend and will come back again!!

It was a very nice condo. They had it furnished comfortably. I can’t wait to go back! Only one problem… please throw or replace those poofs under coffee table. They are flat and little styrofoam balls are coming out of them!

This condo May be the cutest one I’ve ever seen, the decor was to die for!! It made it feel so homey. The living room was super spacious and the ocean view did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the pool within the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The view and the deck and the proximity to the beach were our favorite parts. Living room was colorful and cheery, just like the photos. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the comfy chaise lounges on the deck and plenty of seating indoors and out. Two things I wish all vacation rental hosts would do. One is use only gentle non-scented laundry products for linens. Two is this… when kitchen cabinet storage is limited, buy dishes that stack compactly so as to be able to store an adequate number of everything needed. If a rental sleeps 6, there should be more than 6 of everything—cups, glasses, wine glasses, cereal bowls, dinner plates, salad plates, etc. And please inventory after each guest to see there is still enough of everything for the next guests.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was amazing, and so was our host. She was super responsive to all our inquiries, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay and vacation. My daughter (10yr) loved the house, and she did not want to leave.

Ashley was amazing and super responsive. The property was perfectly located: two minute walk to the beach and amazing view of the water. Make sure to have a car to explore. Ashley had everything we needed for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and boogie boards. We couldn't have asked for better. Definitely will return!

Overall a great week. The property pool was closed hard down for repair 5 of 7 days, but the owners did their best to help keep our kiddos happy! Result was more time on the beach, and car time for remote pools, but all was good! Great location, quiet evenings. Furniture and layout was perfect for our family of 4!
