This two bedroom, two bath, is in a perfect location about a ten minute walk to Music Row. Very clean, Kim (the host) is extremely responsive to requests and inquiries, and nice personal touches like basics in the kitchen (snacks, coffee pods, etc.,) and bathrooms (hairspray, dryer, body wash, etc.,). Not only would we highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place and will definitely be back! The river view is amazing and feeding the local wildlife off the balcony was quite entertaining! We were able to walk to Broadway each day and also enjoyed The Gulch and Capital View areas close by... So much to do!!

Convenient location just a 10 minute walk to South Broadway. Condo looks just like the photos and has more amenities than normally provided at other vrbo's! I had a couple questions and host was super-responsive. We are hoping to return to Nashville since there is so much to see and do, and will plan on staying at this condo next time!

For our first stay in Nashville we choose Kim's condo. Her place was with in walking distances of Broadway and situated close to Germantown. Her set up.in the condo made it a very pleasant stay. She has thought of everything you might need or forgot, down to the hairstraightener.

We stayed due to the rock and roll half. Location was great for walking and owner was amazing. Great communication and went above and beyond to make sure our nashville stay was great

If anything, the condo was better than advertised. The little extras like the clothes steamer, the makeup mirror, curling iron and hair straightener. The information book provided by the host was a big help. There were tons of restuarant and shopping location suggestions, as well as local delivery and transportation info. The beds were comfortable and there were fans in bothbedrooms. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again or reccomend this location to friends

We absolutely love visiting Nashville. This trip we ventured from hotels to this cozy condo! Highly recommend. Great location, amenities were spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk to Broadway! Shout out to Kim for being a wonderful host!

The view of the river was awesome. It is right in between Germantown and Broadway our favorite parts of Nashville. The construction was a bit of a pain and the streets were not all well lit to get to and from those locations. Otherwise a great place to stay. The thin ceilings were a bit of a problem but not terribly bad. We turned the fan on and drowned out most of the footsteps from above. I would definitely stay here again!

Kim is fantastic to communicate with, takes pride in her property. This place was everything we needed. It is a 15 minute walk along the river to Broadway St, where the action is. Take Uber home tho after dark. Beds are very comfortable and the space is plenty. It is decorated beautifully.

Very nice, clean, well-stocked condo. The view of the riverr at night is beautiful. We were a party of two couples and there was plenty of room. Communication with the owner was extraordinary with all questions answered and she was extremely accomodating. Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again!

This property is right on the river, clean, and well appointed. Short, easy walk to downtown entertainment but with plenty to do around the property. Had a great time and would recommend anyone consider staying here.

This was one of the best stays I have ever booked. The host had this place stocked with everything you could possibly need and way more! The location was superb. We only had to walk about 3 minutes to get to the venue for our show. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great time in Nashville. Staying here was a big part of it. Convenient to everywhere we went. It was clean. Check in was a breeze. Kim was responsive and did everything she could to insure we had a great time. She showed up personally on our way out to say thank you and ask if we had experienced anything she needed to address. We hit most of the bars and they were a blast. We really enjoyed going to Yeehaw brewery & Old Smoky for taste testing & some corn hole. The tacos were awesome. We Uber’d quite a bit with no issues. We also tried the scooters once. Uber was cheaper. You can keep looking if you want, but save yourself some time and book it now. This was the first one I saw and then 2 hours later my wife and I came back here. Spend your time researching where you want to go in Nashville and quit trying to figure out where to stay.

Apt is 2bed/2bath..location is a bit dicey..if you’re walking to downtown you’d better be in Good shape💪..it says Internet but when we made Several attempts we’d get onscreen messages Too Many Devices Using Internet!..contacted owner Numerous times..she said This has Never Happened Before..We logged out..Try This..On & On..it would work but spotty at best..would not recommend this Vrbo!

We had a great time in Nashville with friends and we loved the Condo! Beds were super comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck at night overlooking the river. Kim was great about answering our phone calls when we had a hot water issue. She came to the condo right away to take care of the problem. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay! We came down to celebrate my mom’s 60th and it was such an amazing trip! This is such a lovely home and such a great location. We felt safe staying there and walking downtown (about a 15 min walk). Kim was such a pleasure to work with leading up to the trip. She had great suggestions and was very helpful! She put so many nice touches from the country decor to having the place stocked with everything you would basically need (hair styling tools, toiletries, organized guide book/instructions). If you are looking for a nice location, safe and clean place to stay, I highly recommend Kim’s Condo on the river! You won’t be disappointed 😊 We would love to come back again!!

This property is in a very good location within walkable distance of Broadway and Germantown. Good parking facilities and comfortable apartment. The 3 stars we gave for check in was mainly due to poor instructions in how to find the apartment. We arrived at night time, and the instructions given resulted in a lengthy delay in locating the property.
