Second time staying was just as pleasant as the last. There are never too many people on the lake and the amenities at the house are great.
5.0 / 5.0
Property was perfect for our large family vacation. We were a group from ages 89-6 years old. The lake was quiet, peaceful and clean. The house had plenty of amenities for us to use at the lake and the indoor pool. We loved the gazebo and fire pit, spent every night out there.
The house also had everything we could need inside for a comfortable stay! It fit our large group very comfortably. Only issue was the hot water, which the owner warned us about prior to our stay, it did run out every day, even if not everyone showering at once.
Other than that, house is perfect and we highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing week on the lake!
5.0 / 5.0
The house is awesome and clean. Master bedroom is huge and all of the other bedrooms on main and upper floors are good size, especially the two king rooms on the main floor, allowing room for a portacrib or possibly a twin air mattress. The lake is absolutely perfect! The sand provides a fun shaded play area for toddlers and young children. Since the water is shallow for several feet, it was easy for the little ones to play in the water and makes it easy to get in and out of the kayaks. The pontoon boat was a favorite activity, and there were lots of floats and life jackets in the garage. This was our second stay in this house and we have already booked for next year. The parking is spacious! We had many people arrive in separate cars and we were able to fit all of the cars in the driveway. The caretaker, Woody, is very responsive and quickly attended to anything we needed. I highly recommend this house. You won't be sorry!

This house had room for the whole family to gather and enjoy time together. The setting was serene. Having a pontoon for the week was a treat. The host and property manager were responsive and friendly. We have already booked our return!

This is our third year staying here and we will return again next year! The house is perfect for our extended family vacation. It has plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. It has a huge kitchen with everything we need. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach area is not at all crowded. The easy access to the lake is a huge plus for us. The lake is very quiet and the pontoon boat is just fantastic!

What can we say, this was our 4th year at the house and it remains perfect for our family, ages range from 4 to 93. Eric, as always is a great host with great communication. The property manager, Woody is always great as well, and its always great to see him.
The house was immaculate as always, and it had everything we could ask for. We always rent the pontoon, as it is a must to fully enjoy the trip. It was also great to have additional kayaks and 2 paddle boards for everyone to use. There were plenty of floats and life jackets. Fishing was great as always.
Having 3 stoves and 2 refrigerators makes it easy to cook and store food for a large group. The house is large and made it easy for everyone to spread out. We also finally used the fire pit for smores this year.
Thanks again we hope to make it 5 years in a row next year

Our group of friends had a fabulous time at Eric’s house at the lake. There was plenty of room inside for everyone and the large dining table was perfect for shared meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was very clean.
Outside, the beach, firepit, gazebo, and dock were wonderful! We rented the pontoon boat, which was lots of fun, and also appreciated the use of the kayaks and paddle board. (Just a note: if you bring your own kayaks, there is a $25/boat fee to use them on the lake. We ended up leaving ours on our truck and using the ones at the house.) The lake is perfect for kayaking! We especially loved the little cove on the far side of the lake, where we paddled among the water lilies and turtles.
If you’re looking for a spacious, well-appointed home right on the water, this is the place for you!

This was a beautiful property right on the lake. It even included a pontoon boat available to rent. The seven bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone in our group. The main gathering room was huge with a two story ceiling and window overlooking the lake and plenty of wild game trophies on display. This is an excellent house for large gatherings.

Great house! Tons of room on 3 different levels so our large family could spread out. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that there are 2 full refrigerators, 2 stoves and 3 ovens. The host is super responsive and he has a local handyman who lives in the development in case something comes up. We didn’t need his services but it was nice to know he was there if we did.

I stayed here with a group of 12 friends for a long weekend away. The house is amazing and was the perfect fit for all of us. Everyone had a bedroom and there was plenty of room to hang out, play games, and eat together. We even used the firepit a few nights. We would love to come back and enjoy it in the summer.

Thank you for sharing your home with us- we had plenty of space for our group of families to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kids never felt on top of us!

We stayed here for a large family weekend getaway, and the home was amazing. There were a few minor things to deal with like linens and such , but nothing that would deter from the great time we had. The house was extremely spacious with a very cool layout. There was plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The basement was great but we spent little time down there because the main floor space was so amazing with the gorgeous view and spacious seating. The view of the lake made every morning magical. The bedroom layout was perfectly spaced out so that we were not on top of each other or all lining up at the same bathroom. There was a contact for any issues that may have come up , but we did not have a reason to call. If you are looking for a family friendly place to host a getaway, this home is a great option. I was the hero of the group for picking the location 😊😊

Outstanding! Exceeds Expectations!!
This was our 3rd year booking this beautiful home for friends/couples weekend. We are all in our 50's and this house is perfect & spectacular! It is truly lakefront with amazing views on lovely quiet block. Renting the electric boat is always a MUST! Inside and outside are neat, clean and beautifully maintained! Host (Eric) is easily available and incredibly accommodating - he is great! We cannot recommend highly enough - BOOK it now! It is a true gem & we will be back again next year :)

The lake was beautiful and calming; a lovely spot for a week’s vacation with our adult kids, and grand nephews (4&7)! We all enjoyed the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit (made s’mores one night) and the amount of water “toys” was wonderful: kayaks, paddle board, rafts and floats along with plenty of life preservers. We also rented the pontoon boat that was available (extra charge, well worth it!).
The owner and property manager could not have been better- very nice and super responsive!
The house has a great layout as well as two large tables which was perfect for our 12 (plus a few dinners with extra drop-in family staying at condos).
The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. It was nice that there was even things like spices, sugar, plastic wrap and other items (dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry pods).
Thanks Eric & Woody. We would definitely consider a return visit!

This house was all that was promised and more. We had a large group of 20 family members, including toddlers. The house was very clean and the open floor plan was awesome. We had all 20 people in the living room with toys everywhere and it still felt spacious. The adjoining sunroom with the large dining table was awesome. Kitchen was good for food prep. The large island was a great feature, as was the additional sink. The bar downstairs with an extra fridge was also great.
We felt that all bedrooms are larger than they appear in the photos, providing extra space for air mattresses, porta cribs, etc. We also took advantage of the dining room as extra sleeping space with air mattresses since it had doors that closed. Downstairs sunroom could also provide extra sleep space to help spread out guests.
The private beach is great, and the water by the beach was shallow which allowed the toddlers to easily play in the water. It also provided easy access for kayaks. The listing stated there were two kayaks, but there were actually three kayaks, plus a standing surfboard. Lake is beautiful, and I highly recommend renting the pontoon boat!
Our large group had numerous people arriving in separate cars. We were concerned about parking space, but we were surprised how many cars fit in the big driveway. We did not have any major issues during our stay, but the property manager was very quick to respond to any needs we did have. I highly recommend this house. We booked again for next

Our family returned for our third year, and once again it was a great vacation. The house and property are perfect for large families of all ages(we had ages 3 to 92). The beach area was perfect once again for the little ones. Soft sand and shallow water for safe water fun.
Everyone enjoyed boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. The fishing was fantastic, everyone caught bass and other fish, even the little ones.
The outside covered gazebo was great for resting, shade, snacking, and overall great area.
The house was clean as usual, spread out with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of meals made in the well stocked kitchen, and the screened in porch was perfect and scenic for family meals.
Property manager Woody, and owner Eric were responsive and helpful as always.
Already booked for next year, looking forward to year four!
Highly recommend this house and location.

This was an perfect place to hold my Mom's 70th birthday party. Everyone loved the house, lake and time spent with family. Even with consistently rainy weather, a great time was had by all.

This lake house was everything the listing described it to be. The house had spectacular views of the lake, enough rooms and beds to comfortably sleep 14 people spanning four generations and four family groups, plenty of dining and lounging space, and a well stocked kitchen. We were there in the spring when it wasn’t quite warm enough to swim, but it would be a great place to come in the summer time with its own dock and small beach on the lake. There is also a community center available for use by residents and visitors that has an indoor pool, basketball court, tennis courts, and other facilities. It’s only a short drive away. Note—kids aren’t allowed at the pool before 11 on Sundays! We did have to rent our own linens/towels but Pocono Linens made it seamless—dropping off the order in tubs right on the porch before we arrived and picking them up the same way on departure. Check in and checkout was a breeze (contactless) and Eric was very responsive and helpful re questions in advance of our arrival!

We were there with 3 families during winter break. We all enjoyed the house. It’s spacious and I love the high ceilings and the decor. It’s equipped with everything. We went to the community indoor pool and my kids love it. There was two things I wish this house has 1) a wok for cooking and a vent in the kitchen so it doesn’t stink up the house when I cook. Other than that, the house is lovely annd the owner was responsive. I will definitely book again.

The house was perfect for our group of friends to get together for the first time in a while. Very spacious and the kids loved being right at the lake. We would love to rent this property again.

We stayed here over Christmas with our entire family, aunts, uncles, cousins.
There was plenty of room for everyone, especially for the kids to play.
The location was awesome right on the lake. And the drive to the community club house and pool was only 2 mins.
When we reached out to the property manager they responded immediately to our questions.
This house is great for large groups or families!

This house was everything we needed and more. It accommodated my family for a holiday weekend. It has the room we needed to spend quality time together. And, it was close enough for those who wanted to, to go skiing. They did utilize a different mountain (Montage), as it was one that some in our group have gone to before and they accommodated night skiing which was a preference. This is definitely a house we would like to rent again, possibly this year.

Our family of 21 ages range from 2-70 have been doing an early thanksgiving getaway for 3 years now and this house has been by far the best. Plenty of space for everyone, walkout basement. Plenty of pots pans and cutlery and 3 ovens. Honestly I can’t say enough about how wonderful if a house it was, the views of the lake and the open layout. We will definetly be back. Thank you.

Great location. We hosted ages 7 months to 90 years old. First floor bedrooms were a great help. The gated community still allowed easy access - including for our day visitors. The lake was beautiful, including for Kayak trips. A pontoon boat was available, but we didn't use it. Local attractions (like state parks for hiking) were lots of fun; the big dining room table was great for family board games (there were even some available in the house to use). Communication with the owner was easy and responsive (fast).

Perfect Lake House! This was our 2nd time vacationing at Erics lake house & we can't wait to go back next year! House is ideal for large groups that want to relax and have some fun! True 7-bedrooms huge living room & dining room easily accommodate 14 adults! The fire pit and optional boat rental make this house truly unique & special! Thank you Eric!

This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Eric's property for our end of summer getaway trip and it once again did not let us down. This is a wonderful house! The owner, Eric, is quick to respond to all inquiries. Everything described and shown in the photos is accurate. The lake is beautiful and I highly recommend renting the pontoon boat to enjoy the lake to the fullest. We look forward to coming back for a 3rd trip again next summer!

Our stay at Eric's property was truly great and we will return. We were 3 couples over 55 and 3 couples 25-30. There was plenty of space both inside and out for everyone to enjoy separately and/or together. We cooked and enjoyed our time together, played cards and games in the porch area, thoroughly enjoyed the lake and pontoon boat, the gazebo, the beach area, and the game room. Kayaks and floats are readily available. We didn't venture out much because we had everything we needed right there. We had a couple of property/electrical issues and the property manager was responsive. While the house was extremely clean and well cared for, the outside of the property (gazebo lighting and other outside areas) could use some attention. Again though, we will look forward to returning. Thank you for your hospitality, Eric!

We had a three-generation family reunion. The no-gasoline-motor lake was fun for all. We made great use of the kayaks, floaties, and pontoon boat. House had lots of space for all. 2nd kitchen/bar in basement came in handy.

Our entire family (17 of us) had a great week at this house! It was so convenient being right on the lake and the small beach area was perfect for the kids. We took advantage of the kayaks and rented the pontoon for the week. The house itself was very spacious and kitchen was stocked well for a large group. Highly recommend this property!
5.0 / 5.0
We had a family reunion with 4 families. There was plenty of space for every family to have a room and for the kids to have their own rooms. The lake area was so perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding that even the kids were able to do it independently!
