Hey Booking.com, Please call me back, it’s a wrong booking we wanted to book a hotel in Golden, BC, Canada and not in California, we we’re trying to book a hotel name Mountain View cabins which is located in Golden, BC, Canada. I had to book another hotel and had to suffer tremendous trouble due to this and I want my money back, I didn’t visit this property. Moreover, I am putting a review that booking.com is a spam website and cheated me. I want full refund. Call me at +17788834224 if you want to resolve it

It was run down, wifi didn't work so no cell service either.

Basic, but satisfactory. Price less than competition .

Clean and quiet.

Older units that need a remodel. Needs better lighting, electrical outlets, heating, etc. amenities are basic - thin towel, small soap.

very rustic type cabin bed was comfortable warm inside loved the woodburning stove.

alittle run down porch was pretty beaten.no lights outside. mostly hard to find at night. went to town to eat and kept passing the motel

Great location, great rooms, poor cleaning, no amenities even if listed

I liked the room, it was spacious, and bright. This property has a lot of potential.

First off they charge $25 per person in the room, even children under 12, which not even a receipt is given he just pocketed the cash (oh and he only accepts cash). Cleanliness of the room was poor. The furniture was dusty, the kitchen counter, table, and stove were semi-wiped down. The fridge was extremely dirty and there was lots of mold in the freezer section. The bathroom had one used roll of paper and there was dust and hair still on the door outline of the shower. There was also a big hole in the ceiling covered with a black plastic bag. I know this is a motel but for $500 you’d think they would at least keep up with the place.

I sent email 2 weeks before I will be there about 2 pm.. but when I got there have to drive around his said be back at 3pm... no communication.. phone not working... went to office no one there only dogs I booked for not smoking room even have signed no smoking.. but people previous smoked smell in room so so bad.. not clean.. dirty... Old places. Not good service. Not provide anything even bottle water.. .. no contact anything nothing work.. WiFi not work.. fan in bathroom not working... Kitchen can't use.. only want money... Not Nice at all... bad bad and bad... 👎👎👎👎👎👎
