We loved everything about the property. It was warm and comfortable. Which made travelling with two small children really easy.
Nothing we liked everything.

Very central, really clean, everything was well thought of,
and with complete pantry essentials. The whole family really enjoyed our whole stay, we hope to be back again someday!

House located in the centre of the town, quiet street, close to all shops.
old fuse box jumped at 6am and cannot retreive the power by ourself. Landload responded very quickly but unfortunately he cannot get electrician on site at the time. Lucky we are checking out that morning.

We loved everything about this special place. The decor and attention to detail was exceptional. It was very well thought out as there was everything you needed. The gingerbread mix gift was a great touch.
That we couldn't stay longer :)

The house was lovely and warm with loads of character, felt very comfy. Kids loved their space!

Excellent location, cottage was well equipped with all you could need in the kitchen, oil heaters in every room along with a heat pump and insert solid fuel heater in the living room, so made for cosy evenings in. Bedding was super comfortable and the cottage is well presented. Excellent for families as Netflix, Wi-Fi, board games and children’s area with a movie room provided. A home away from home, it was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay again!
Nothing major, perhaps updating the property information booklet with up to date instructions on how to use the coffee machine, update the booking.com message with the new pin code for the key box and popping a sign on the front of the fridge as to where the mugs and glasses are kept as it took a while to find.

-The house was filthy and really dusty. So, I got in contact with the owner and was told that last person used the house about 2 months ago and it was not cleaned since.
-Windows and doors do not close well.
-Insect poops inside the cupboards in the kitchen. Disgusting.
-Poor mattress.
-Old showers (piling wall).
-Very expensive for what it is.

Great communication, good heating, lots of space and well equipped
The cupboards behind the dining table to get glasses and mugs, very impractical. Also for the price paid, would have expected to have Sky TV

The cottage was exceptionally clean and the hosts have thought of everything, with ample cleaning products, plenty of firewood, a small pantry and even board games.
An outstanding place to stay for our family of five, highly recommend.
No negative features.

The fire was fabulous. Kitchen was so well appointed nothing missing for a happy cook.
Reallly liked the kids lounge space and their own bathroom was really handy.
The heat pump😕 could not get it to work. When it did go it was warm to 16 degrees then blew cold. It took tje shine off the first night while I sorted heating from fire and column heaters.

The house is beautiful, exactly like the photos. The decor is amazing and looks like something out of a magazine. We loved the thoughtful touches like a pantry with some basic supplies and easily accessible firewood. The location is walking distance from all amenities but far enough away to avoid road noise from the Main Street. The beds were all equipped with electric blankets, and the fireplace and heat pump meant despite the freezing temperature it was always comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Nothing - it was perfect.
