Thanks so much for all the kind reviews this past 2024 summer season!.

With hardly an empty night all summer, immediately after Labor Day 2024 we refreshed everything with all new sheets, bedding, towels, all new pots & pans, new lounge chairs in the living room, touched up the paint and made some minor repairs. Fall and Winter is a great time to visit with cooler temps, less crowds, and a more relaxing pace here at our little slice of heaven here at Lake of the Ozarks!

Enjoy a weekend getaway at our private & completely renovated waterfront cottage on Lake of the Ozarks. Located at the 17 mile marker in Osage Beach, its just minutes from the best waterfront restaurants, shopping & golf Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

This modern cottage includes all new interior, with new walk in custom shower, new cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new furniture & king size bed.

In addition to our 600 sq ft one bedroom cottage, there is a small quaint screened in porch overlooking the lake to enjoy your morning coffee. (Keurig & Coffee Pods included).

Plan to dine, or simply relax with drinks while taking in the waterfront lake view from our 12 x 24 sq ft deck with overhead Tiki lights.

The living room includes a high end comfortable sleeper sofa, two 55 inch flat screen smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom. (No cable TV but we have Netflix along with high speed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your own RoKu, Amazon or similar internet TV programs & movies).

This cottage is well equipped with cooking & grilling utensils, Weber propane grill, place setting for six, coffee Keurig, wine glasses, washer/dryer, bath and hand towels. Paper towels, detergents, and toilet paper are provided.

The cottage includes a private dock, located in a quiet no-wake cove and is perfect for children & adults to fish, swim, and explore in the two provided kayaks. Outstanding fishing right from the dock along with its 26 foot boat slip, lounge chairs, & swimming floats. Four adult life jackets are provided but please bring your own children's size life jackets for safety. A subdivision boat ramp is available nearby if you're bringing your own boat.

Supervised, well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee and must be pre-approved. (Three night minimum stay May 1st thru Sept 30th)

This is the best VRBO we have used in the Ozarks so far. It was a perfect for a March getaway for us! We loved the covered boat dock, which made it easy for us to use our larger kayak. We also were able to use the smaller ones provided. We brought our dogs and kennels, who also enjoy kayaking and the lake. The wildlife is fun and every day we saw deer, ducks, geese and many birds we don't have. The cabin is perfect with a screened porch and deck. I used grill four nights of our stay. This place is a gem!

The property looks just as it does in the photo! Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing spring time getaway! The house is close to everything! We brought our 21ft fishing boat and the neighborhood ramp along with trailer parking was just what we needed. The water pressure in the shower makes you not want to get out!! We would definitely come back!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would!! Location was great! Everything about it was wonderful. We had a cozy weekend in January and plan on staying in a warmer weekend so we can sit on their dock and use the kayaks they supply! Thanks so much for a great getaway weekend!!

Everything was perfect! This cottage exceeded our expectations and was a perfect location for our anniversary getaway weekend. Came down for a few days after Christmas and couldn’t have been more pleased with this cabin. Great view, enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. Place had everything we needed and was extremely clean! Patrick was very responsive we will definitely be back when it’s warmer so we can use the dock and do some swimming!

We had such a great stay here. While I had hoped to use the kayak and spend more time on the screened in porch, unseasonable weather prevented this. Still, we had a nice time and appreciated all the little details. Our host was very helpful and made some great suggestions for local places. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things, and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is lovely, the only complaints we had were the bed is highly uncomfortable and the outside grill was very dirty, and appeared to be governed in some way to conserve gas. It was difficult to get to the temp necessary to grill steak.

My husband and I rented the cabin for 4 days. It was the perfect size for us. The cove was very peaceful. Having a boat dock made the stay extremely enjoyable. The location was fabulous as was communication with the owner. We will be staying again! Thank you! 🙂

This is one of the best Vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The property was very well maintained, very clean, and nicely updated. Access to the dock was very easy and for those bringing a boat having access to a boat ramp inside the no wake cove was awesome.

This house was perfect for myself, my bf and our dogs. It's oddly difficult to find rental houses that accommodate small parties AND that are nice. The renovation was very nicely done. We enjoyed hanging out on the screened in-porch and swimming in the cove. It is also close to many shops and restaurants but you feel like you have your own private space. Would definitely rent again!

What a beautiful little place! It was perfect for us! The only thing I can complain about is the pull out bed. But pull out beds are never feel most comfortable. Otherwise, the stay was amazing, the area is beautiful! And so many things to do! Our favorite place to eat was PaPPo’s!

We had a very relaxing stay at this property. It is the perfect size for 2 people. Everything you need is close by - restaurants, groceries, gas. We loved the screened in porch and the outside deck. There could not have been a better place to stay with the beautiful home, location, lake view than this. We brought our boat and docked it down hill in the owners boat dock. Fished every day. Boated up to restaurants of our choice from water. How convenient. Shopping just a few miles away. We would love to come back and stay. The property owner was the best.
