Beautifully updated with new appliances, granite counters, completely renovated bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, light hardwood floors and interior washer an dryer. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have full bathrooms and a convenient 1/2 bath on 1st floor. See and hear the waves from the kitchen-main living area and from the master bedroom upstairs where you can sit on your balcony and enjoy the nightly breeze.

Pelicans point is a great complex! Every unit has a great view of the ocean. Just keep in mind that the A&B units have a lot of stairs so if you have and elderly people in your group I would advise against these condo’s.

We really enjoyed our stay here it’s a quite beach and condo was very clean and well stocked. Beach is right there and they even have plenty of beach chairs a couple umbrellas and beach towels. It was nice having harbor on other side of street we saw dolphins there one night and I would just walk over to watch sunrise as well, & the sunsets were just gorgeous over the Ocean, Walking distance to a nice little Icecream shop Lulu’s and food at Caddy’s was good: We can’t wait to go back to Indian Rock Beach, Thank you for a great place to have a mom daughter trip we will be back;)

We love staying in the location and the complex! This is definitely our go to every year! We never have complaints and if we did, I’m 100% confident they would be dealt with immediately. Linda has always been great to us! She makes everything so convenient and stress free for us! This is definitely a place to check out if your looking to vacation on a clean, beautiful and not so public beach on the Gulf!

We have stayed in different units in this same group of homes, you could not ask for a better location, the beach is never crowded and that is amazing. However this particular unit the beds were so uncomfortable I did not sleep a full night any night I was there, two of the lights seemed to be having electrical issues the light bulb in the downstairs bathroom was flashing so much I had to take it out from fear it was something worse going on and the upstairs bedroom light would turn itself off and on. The manager was very responsive and brought drano the very next day after I reported a stopped up shower. Overall it was a fabulous trip, I just think somethings need to be replaced!

We had a great stay, clean, comfortable including beds, and plenty to cook with as well. Plenty of beach gear and towels. The only thing I will say is that the brackets for the patio shade needs to be replaced before it breaks, cause you do need it in the afternoon, it was great to have. Communication was great and we will so be back next year! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Location is great because it is close to the beach. Although, the house should be more cared for. It should be a lot cleaner. The house wasn't cleaned well. The washing machines damage clothes. The towels for the beach that the house offers were ripped and should have been repalaced. The couches, patio chairs, and one of the bed covers were stained. However, the host was wonderful. Very good communication.

My family had a great time at this condo. Linda was very kind and set out a pack and play for us upon my request. Communication was quick and easy via the Vrbo app.
The condo has a good layout that made it comfortable to stay in. The kitchen has a full complement of appliances that made it easy to make meals there (and save some money by not eating out!). There were plenty of beach towels and sand toys to keep the kids entertained. The beach is a quick walk down the spiral staircase and between the next set of condos behind it. We loved how easy it was to take the kids out to the beach to swim, play, and collect shells.
The location is nice as its not as busy as Clearwater. It's about 20 minutes from Clearwater and 30-40 from Tampa. We enjoyed walking a couple minutes to Lulu's for ice cream!
Our 4 year old daughter is already asking when we can come back!

Very good maintained house with the everything you need for the comfortable living. You feal like you are at home. It's close to many attractions such as Disney World, Seaworld, Busch Garden and more. Nice private beach. If we come to Florida again, we would definately try to stay in this place.

We are new to VRBO but have traveled a lot and stayed at lots of owner/ property managed properties. The pictures were pretty accurate but please note that table has been replaced with a bar height table. If you want to keep your phone charging on the bedside it’s not happening unless you crawl under the bed to plug in your charger. There wasn’t a single board game to be found; not even a deck of cards. There were lots more instructions than we usually see including not setting the thermostat below 76 degrees. We would have rented somewhere else had we known we were required to wash AND dry all the towels before leaving. There were just two of us but if you are 4 or 6 people this departure task would take time and it’s unrealistic to think you wouldn’t use a single towel the morning of check out. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for our flight so even toothbrushing and face washing was with a paper towel. The property HOA had a sprinkler inspection the last day of our trip so we planned to be out of the unit. Linda the property manager was very attentive and helpful. The distance to the beach and provided chairs and umbrella were appreciated. We just felt like we were staying at someone else place and not really welcome. The furniture was uncomfortable, the bedding felt old and there were stains on the towels. For what we paid we expected more. The owners need to invest a bit more money if they want to get these kind of rates for this property.

Awesome property with easy private beach access. The complex is well kept, and the covered parking is a huge plus! Keep in mind there are several flights of stairs so it could be a problematic for elderly people. Overall we would love to stay here again.

The property owner was amazing with keeping in contact and insuring we had everything we needed to get in. The pictures do not do it true justice it’s a beautiful place in the best area! The owner had the house stocked with anything you may need on the beach, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, they had plenty of towels and linens. Definitely recommend this property to anyone who wishes to be in a nice quite area with lots of space on the beach!

The condo was on an excellent spot for the beach, direct access to it. The condo was very clean and confortable with a lot of room for 4 peoples. Otherwise, the condo had everything we needed to cook. Communication with owner was OK, otherwise it was the first time in a rent that we were asked to do the laundry for the towels and also to pull out the bed sheets and put them into the washer and end of stay, but other than that the rest was just fine. We enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful home with a great walk to the beach!
My family and I spent a wonderful week here. The home has everything you could need for a week at the beach. Our favorite part was the spiral staircase off of the back porch that made for a quick and easy walk to the beach each day. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at Pelican Point. The condo was spacious, the proximity to the beach was perfect, the atmosphere of the town was relaxed and fun! We will definitely come back to Indian Shores!

Great location
It was an easy check in process, and the location was great, with easy beach access. If you're like us and like to sit on the patio at night you might bring an electric lantern. The building looks to have new siding and where the outside light was, it's covered up. (But we noticed it like that on a few units)
It was nice that both rooms have their own baths, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of gadgets, silverware etc. Other pluses there is an outside shower under the condo, and a foot wash at the edge of the beach. Any beach item you bring there's enough storage under the condo to not lug them up and down. We would stay there again.
