Serenity Now (Short Stay Registration Number STRA0377/22)
During the regular off-peak Autumn/Winter/Spring period (not including public and school holidays), we can provide a 'special offer' which is to add in one extra night free of charge when you book at least two nights or two extra nights if you book at least four nights. If you wish to take up this option, reach out to us in the first instance to determine the correct booking process.
Our home is fully set up to allow our guests to concentrate on enjoying their stay and spending time on themselves, family or loved ones.
Three immaculately presented, great sized rooms allow you to settle in with comfort.
The house has fully functioning kitchen and amenities as well as an outdoor BBQ.
The living area extends onto a large outdoor patio area via large sliding glass doors which brings the outdoors indoors and vice versa. This is the ideal space for sitting back and entertaining. The patio is covered by a good sized verandah allowing the space to be used in all sorts of weather conditions, extending the livable area.
The following is a summary of our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary.
Additionally, we require you to:
• Abide by the conditions, rules and policies detailed within the online booking platform associated with your short stay rental agreement.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Serenity Now! Beautifully styled with pretty beach decor. Really comfortable beds with very nice quality linen. Tonnes of towels and loved the “sustainable” containers of bath products in the bathrooms. Thank you for the welcome pack it went down a treat on the first night. Handy location to the beach and shops and pretty close to use as a base for trips to wineries. Thanks Con and Maria we had a lovely restful getaway.

This holiday home is fully equipped with everything you need. No shortage of towels, glassware, crockery, etc. that you get in other places. We stayed in winter and the heating made it lovely and warm. Communication and check-in process were great. There was a lovely welcome gift. We brought our dog; the yard was lovely and enclosed. Pets not allowed on furniture or beds, which was fine for us.

We stayed over the Grand Final weekend. The house is cute and compact and nicely renovated, it had everything we needed and was very clean with lovely fresh linen and towels provided. There was also a safe backyard and doggy door for our fur baby.
Shops and beach are a short walk away which was very convenient. I would recommend this property.

We had a great time at this little house. It's walking distance to the beach, Rosebud pier, the dog beach, and the pub! The house itself was super clean and well supplied. I couldn't fault it, and highly recommend it.

Everything was an easy walk, such a great area. The house was small but perfect for our extended family of 10. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The Greek coffee a lovely surprise. The decor was peaceful and welcoming, and the towels and linen do fresh. We must have had fun, we forgot to turn on the teli. Even though the weather was unpredictable. we enjoyed the outside space so much, the outdoor heater was cosy, and the area was used constantly, sometimes just one of us, sometimes all 10, often something in between. It was a perfect weekend away, would stay again

We were looking for a quaint little place that was clean, tidy and affordable.
We had a wonderful stay and we really loved the beach style cottage feel to the place.
We also appreciated all the little personal touches like more than enough towels and toiletries to heaters in all the rooms.
Everything was clean and tidy and the outdoor area was amazing, even though we didn't get to use it much because we were in and out of tge place so much, we did manage to sit down for a culpa outside and enjoy tge surroundings.

Great family home
Beautifully furnished home with beach house theme. It’s a great spot for those wanting to switch off and have family time. The home suits up to three families. Easy check in process and home comes furnished with kitchen appliances, toilet amenities, towels and bedding. The only think I will say for future, would have preferred if the bunk beds were pre-made with linen on. Thanks for a great stay.

Great accommodation
We had a lovely four night stay over the Christmas break. The beach house was beautiful, very clean& spacious. Great outdoor area to have dinner and a drink in the evening. Safe and secure for our dog as well. It was in close proximity to the beach, local cafes and shops. Owners left us a wonderful gift on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely return.

Lovely property , great location!
We were delighted that the pictures on the website reflected the property perfectly! My extended family of 10 spent 3 nights at this beautiful 3 bedroom cottage over the Melbourne Cup weekend. The presentation was outstanding, the linen super soft with plenty of lush towels. The sun filtered outdoor deck had a super comfy lounge setting with direct access through stacker doors. The decor was a classy white/neutral beach theme. A lovely extra touch was a bottle of Moscato and chocolates on arrival! We will definitely be back …

Short stay in Rosebud
Although our family holiday was cut short due to covid lockdown we had a lovely nights stay at this property in Rosebud. We were welcomed with wine and chocolates on arrival. The house is equipped with everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to towels and linen and internet to name a few. The best part was being able to bring our dog Milo who loved the backyard and the doggy door gave him easy access.

A tranquil weekend away
We stayed at this immaculate house over the weekend, 6adults and 4children. We were welcomed with wine and chocolates. A great deal of thought has gone into presenting this property and has been maintained well too. Hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Everything so clean and white, it gave us a feeling of being among clouds. The house itself had a calming effect. The supplies provided where beyond expectations. The indoors as well as outdoors had ample comfortable seating. The bedrooms were cosy and tastefully decorated. Linen clean and crisp. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery for large gatherings. The outdoor dining table and toilet came in handy during our BBQ lunch.

Relaxing beach getaway
Fabulous, light, breezy, dog-friendly spot - walking distance to the beach and a great location for days out along the peninsula or to the wineries. Plenty of space for my parents, husband, baby and doggos to relax and chill out!!! The furnishings are beautiful and you really feel like you’re in your own luxury getaway. Easy checkin and check out and communication from start to finish was top notch!

Australia Day Weekend
We are happy to have chosen this house in Rosebud for our long weekend. The house was presented well and very clean. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property for families as plenty of space. The outdoor area was great too.

There was no air-conditioner/heater in any of the bedrooms, so it was quite uncomfortable to get a goodnight’s sleep. Ventilation was poor, so in the larger room sleeping both adults and children, we had to leave the door ajar. The lack of air flow made the rooms smelt musty after a few days despite leaving the window opened in the day.Pet door was too tight for our dog. So our pooch couldn’t squeeze through which meant we had to keep him indoors since there was no Kennel outside. Unfortunately this Christmas holidays was cold so we had to keep our dog inside, including the times when we had to leave him alone whilst we went out. Since he couldn’t get through the pet door, we had to take turns waking up at night to let him out to pee. Owner had issues about finding a few pee stains on the wall after we left but it’s not as though we intentionally let it happen. Yet, we were charged to clean up a few spots that would only cost a few cents in wipes.There was no hose or tub for a dog bath either (house ad says pet friendly)Movie library, internet reception and outdoor BBQ was up to expectation.The dining table could only sit 4 people at most. The rest had to use the bar stools.One shower for the whole household was difficult. There was a single bath tub in another room but no shower or toilet. A separate second toilet outside the house was interesting.Overall, tolerable but not quite worth what you pay.

Lovely relaxing break
This is a very secure property, beautiful white cosy furnishings, lovely well stocked and good quality crockery and cookware, lovely outdoor area with a high fence, huge tv, and good internet connection. Easy walk to the shops and beach. We all had a really great stay and the hosts are lovely and responded very quickly to enquiries.

Stunning house with everything and more.
Absolutely loved the house and location. Maria and Con went above and beyond and we arrived to an amazing platter and wine. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the right little touches. Beds were really comfortable. Location was perfect. Easily accessible with the beach and shops close by. Would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning.
