Great hotel adults only , yes

We were very sick and just avoided a visit from the doctor. I asked if the staff could go to the local supermarket and get some powerade and Cola and was told no. But I could get a taxi to do it. The reason I asked was we couldn't leave the room for fear of accident. I took this up with the general manager. She was disappointed that we didn't get a favour to help us. The GM was brilliant during our meeting 24 hours later, as we were still sick, she organised for a room service of chicken and rice plus rehydration drinks.we were very grateful. A couple of other housekeeping issues were also ironed out. Brilliant guest service, definitely revisit this hotel.

Location is fantastic, lovely beach, great facilities in the hotel, lovely food.

Charging for the safe is a bit off! Should be included on the price!

An excellent choice

Friendly courteous staff. Bright and airy. Good size rooms. Excellent choice of food. Ample sun loungers and shade around the pools. Easy access to beach, if you wish a dip in the sea.

Not been able to stay longer. Nothing else.

Comfy and clean hotel for adults

Very clean and close to the beach. Good food in the restaurant, we had halfboard. Evening entertainment did not last too longe, quiet at the time we went to bed.

Safe deposit box was not included, but not expencive.

Beautiful food, Clean hotel, in a great location. The chefs do an excellent job. There’s a great variety of food and dishes.

The staff. Especially Carmen and the older ladies at the front desk. They’re completely unhelpful and robot like. No niceties, no welcome. They’re there to do a job, not to make your holiday pleasant. The younger reception staff are allot nicer. Use them. I was also shocked at the lack of hand sanitiser. Every machine was empty every day. The staff watched guests stand in line at machines that nothing came out of, at every meal, yet no member or staff or management filled these machines in a week! Some people grumbled and openly mentioned this but nothing changed. Not good in a hotel where some guests didn’t use thongs to lift bread out of the bread boxes. There are allot of older people that use this hotel, who weren’t being kept safe.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel and would return.

The buffet meals were very varied and the staff exceptionally helpful and hard- working.The Christmas Evening Gala buffet was outstanding.

Everything was to our liking.

Great break in the sunshine

location. beach club no set booking times for buffet breakfast and dinner

We had a poolside room on the side by the stage / bar area. Whilst the acts finish at 11.00pm the bar is open until 1.00am and people sit outside becoming more noisy the more they drink.

Relaxing stay, clean and comfortable hotel

- No children! - Buffet was great; excellent variety and food was fresh - Plenty of sunbeds around the two good-sized pools - Room and communal areas were very clean - Spa treatments and therapists were fantastic and good value

- Would have been good to have additional toiletries in the room, there was a bar of soap and shower gel but nothing else - By default the standard double rooms have two single beds pushed together, staff were able to accommodate a room change after the first night but if you prefer one king size bed would recommend requesting in advance
