A beautiful main floor master bedroom with king-size bed and a huge master bath, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.
4 upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. 1 bedroom with a full-size bed. 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds. 2 full bathrooms upstairs.
The bunkbed room in the walk out basement has 5 twin beds and 1 full bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom and the game room.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry with many small appliances including a coffee maker, crockpot, lobster pot and serve ware, gas cooktop, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen perfect for large groups.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and of course, floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking view. Sliding doors lead you outside to a spacious wooden deck with a dining table for 8 and patio seating.
The downstairs game room has a full bar area, billiard table, ping pong table, large screen TV with DVD player, games, puzzles, and DVD movies. Sliding doors connect you to the hot tub and pool area.
We also have a large capacity washer and dryer in the mudroom adjoining the two-car garage and another set in the basement.

This was our second stay at the property and it still cannot be beat. Everything was remarkably clean and incredibly well stocked. From the kitchen to the bedding to the pool towels I can't think of anything that we could have wanted that was not provided. Really a great experience for us.

Just what we were looking for. We do an annual Xmas in July Getaway every year for our group of 11. We need at least four bedrooms, as many bathrooms that se can find, large group eating space, at least two gathering areas, play spaces for littles and big ones, outside play places and a pool puts the icing on the cake. This rental had it all. We just enjoyed the stay so much only went out once during a 1/2 rainy day. Just about everything anyone could ask for. TV's in nearly every one - so no arguements, pool table and ping pong for those who like to take on a challenge, several board games and puzzles for those who like slower paced challenges. And the pool area was divine for all. The ONLY negative among a long list of positives, was no Air Conditioning. When we stayed it did get quite warm and humid. The home does have pull down shades in most of the sun facing windows and there are multiple fans throughout for everyone's use and these were all quite helpful. That would be our only suggestion for any type of improvement on the property. We would def come back :) Oh yes - The view and the sunsets...were unbelievable with an upper deck and rocking chairs to sit and take it all in...early morning vistas with a cup of coffee were pretty "rockin" too!

This place is definitely in my top 5 VRBO stays. The property is so stunning that pictures can’t do it justice. The place was clean and so well stocked. The host was quick to answer any and all questions I had. I can’t recommend this place enough! Lots of fun hiking, restaurants and breweries in the area. Also a really nice bowling alley for those rainy days!

This spot was fantastic, well accommodated, beautiful views, tons to do, and close to many great hikes and outdoor activities in Maine! Shopping in Bethel is close by for groceries and a few breweries as well! Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a wonderful ski vacation. So close to skiing. Views are incredible. Very clear instructions. Kitchen well equipped so that you can cook in the home. Kids had so much fun in the game room. We would love to stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Myself & 6 other women went to celebrate turning 60 this year. The house is exactly as picture. The view is amazing. The house has everything you would need(except oven mitts if they were there we couldn’t find them) We enjoyed the pool & hot tub very much. We spent a few nights playing pool & ping pong, watching movies in the downstairs game room. I would recommend this house to anyone thinking about renting it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our family loved the pool and the view! The home was very clean. The house is a short drive to numerous restaurants and local shops but also hidden away and provided a private, peaceful environment!

Absolutely gorgeous views from this beautiful home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool with the view-to a fully stocked kitchen- to amenities and bedrooms to accommodate my whole family. If your looking for a off the beaten path house with gorgeous view of the mountains 🏔️ than this is your next vacation.

This house is everything you dream of. The master suite is stunning, bed is super comfortable. The views of the mountain are incredible. The house was spotless on arrival and the check in process was seamless. We would absolutely stay again and perhaps come in the summer to use the pool and outdoor space as well.

We had 14 people of all ages staying with us over 5 days. There was more than enough space for us all and we loved the view, the hot tub, and the short drive to Sunday River.

Super nice house, fabulous view and everything is high quality! Everyone in my group were super impressed and satisfied with our stay. We were even thinking to come back again next year! The house and the kitchen has everything you need. Hot tub is definitely a sparkle. So relaxing after a whole day ski. Rooms and restrooms are clean. Living room is cozy. Overall, we are so satisfied to having a family reunion in this house!

Great rental for our family/extended family annual pre holiday ski trip. House is wonderful, very well stocked with all expectations met or exceeded. Having 2 dishwashers and 2+ sets of dinnerware/utensils was awesome. We received 2ft of snow our first night & were so grateful to be able to use the garage! Having 4 wheel drive is a must- The plows took awhile to reach our driveway but we were able to shovel out enough to get to the mountain by midday. The generator was a lifesaver. The hot tub at the end of the day and the Mountain View’s were amazing. Our favorite rental so far- we will be back!
Ps we had no real need to contact the hosts but they were very responsive to any questions or just to reach out to check in- thank you!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was not only beautiful but perfectly maintained, clean, and inviting. It had everything we needed and more! The owners were available for questions if needed and we were pleasantly surprised they left the pool open for us to use. The kids and the adults had a blast using it as well as the hot tub. It was much appreciated they left it open for us. We would definitely recommend this property!

Our group of eight adults had a great stay at this property in Sunday River. The house is beautiful and very well maintained, kitchen was modern and spacious, and several rooms to accommodate our group. The location was great for our trips to the golf course and local eateries, a short drive to everything. Also, the owner was very responsive when it came to check-in and questions about the items in the house. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the area.

The house was beautiful and great for a family. Everyone had their own space and the amenities were great for all age groups. The views were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend, we would love to return to this home in the future.

The property was just as described inside and out. All necessities from towels & linens to pantry staples were provided and were a blessing with our big group. We had children from 2 yrs to 15 yrs and they all were happy and entertained the whole trip. The pool area is wonderful for a summer trip the heated pool got hours upon hours of use. The layout of the house was great for us, with a great bunk room and basement area for the kids to hang out in. Kitchen was big and stocked, and the two dishwashers was a nice added touch as well. Overall there is really no reason to leave this property once you arrive.

Wonderful Secluded Place for All Ages!
We had the best time! Everything we needed was available in the house, pool was beautiful, and the hot tub and game room were awesome! We even had an infant with us and he looooved it! We are definitely planning to come back in the future.

Friends and I booked our annual ski/snowboard trip at Sunday River this year (we usually go out west, but did not plan properly this time around). As a result of the warmer weather recently and being late in the season, the slopes were on the slushy side. The conditions however were better than expected and we had a great time.
The house made it well worth it too and we would absolutely not hesitate to book this property again! The home was as imagined based on the listing. Large open living room area with full height windows and large outside deck provides an incredible view of Sunday River. Kitchen was plenty big and had all the utilities and cookware needed to cook just about anything. Some of the pots and pans wouldn’t be upset if they got replaced with some new ones, but overall everything was usable. Master bedroom with en suite was amazing - very nice shower and large walk in closet, double sinks, and sliding door access out to the back deck proving views of the mountain. Multiple other bedrooms and beds provided the rest of us plenty of space to sleep and spread out if needed. Finished lower level with another bathroom and bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds allows for even more sleeping space. Very nice that there is a pool table and separate bar down there. There is also an air hockey table, but it did not seem to work very well, the pool table worked fine. You can access the back patio and pool area from both the upper deck and lower level. It was winter so we did not use the pool, but the grill worked good and the hot tub was great as well, all with views of the mountain! I bet the pool is a great feature in the warmer weather! The house also has 2 electric fireplaces which is nice, and although we were able to get the 1st floor one working, it was a bit finicky - we were not able to get the lower level one to work.
We did not have or need any interaction with the host, so therefor cannot comment/review that aspect.
Overall the house was great and would not hesitate to stay here again!

A Little Slice of Heaven!!
WOW!! First of all, the VIEW! Directly across from Sunday River skiing mountains (literally less than a 10 minute drive down the mountain to the lifts) and that view was the first thing we looked out at each morning!
This beautiful home is just gorgeous, inside and out! Lots of room to spread out with our family, and every amenity needed, right down to extra spices, dishwasher detergent and supplies, toiletry items and baskets filled with towels for the hot tub! So thoughtful or these amazing owners...and they were incredibly responsive with us, before, during and after the stay! Yes, we booked it again because it was such a perfect home! Clean and welcoming in every way. We were so thankful for the big open entry way with plenty of room for coats, boots and ski gear (and a lovely washer and dryer to wash those clothes). It snowed while we there and the owners ensured our driveway was plowed immediately so we could venture out! I am truly counting the days before we can go back. Comfy beds, beautifully decorated, a huge walk-in pantry for extra food (filled with every appliance possible), an extra refrigerator, and lots of room for playing games in the basement! This home will not disappoint in any way! THANK YOU to the owners for this memorable family vacation!!
