Vacanza perfetta!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare ad agosto presso questa meravigliosa struttura composta da due unità: l'hotel e il villaggio, entrambi di nuovissima costruzione. La struttura si trova in una posizione ideale per chi vuole passare le vacanze con la propria famiglia in pieno relax senza pensieri. E' circondata da aperta campagna e da una pineta che, attraversandola, consente di accedere alla spiaggia con palme (consiglio di visitarla di sera poichè è illuminata da centinaia di lampadine). Il servizio all-inclusive è a dir poco meraviglioso, iniziando dalla abbondante colazione all'ampia gamma di opzioni culinarie (imperdibile pesce e carne) del pranzo e della cena. Sempre cibi buoni e freschi! Il servizio è efficiente in ogni area della struttura, si possono degustare piacevoli spuntini pomeridiani a bordo piscina. Il servizio offre per tutto il giorno, sia in hotel che in spiaggia, bevande sia alcoliche che non per tutto il giorno. La struttura fornisce, inoltre, asciugamani per la spiaggia e tutti i confort in camera. Pulizia giornaliera (grazie alle ragazze delle pulizie che svolgono un ottimo lavoro). Sin dall'inizio il personale si è dimostrato estremamente preparato e accogliente, iniziando dalle ragazze della reception. Tutto lo staff del servizio cucina, piscina e bar, sia in hotel che in spiaggia, si è sempre dimostrato professionale, efficiente, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. Voglio finire con il salutare il gentilissimo direttore Arti, il quale è una persona squisita e di gran cuore. E' sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza o capriccio. Everything about this hotel is great. AMAZING food (local produce with very big variety, seafood every day, baklava, good wine, clearly the best all inclusive I’ve ever been), super clean, everyone is soooo friendly and ready to do everything they can to make your vacation perfect. Cleaning staff, waitresses, bartenders (especially Sili), kitchen staff, manager, receptionists - thank you all so much for your hard work, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel looks new. The room was quite spacious and the pillows were comfy. There was a mosquito net fixed to the balcony door. The clean ladies change the bedsheets and towels every day and provide you with beach towels. We liked the location with pine forest nearby, It was quiet, especially during the working week. The staff in the reception area is friendly and a few barmen were attentive to the guests. The sea is not deep, really comfortable for families with kids.

The buffet: The food is not variable, there were no names of types of cheese/ sauces;most of the food was not covered, since there were a lot of flies inside the dining area. The staff does not say “ hallo” , “morning”, the waiters have poker face, seem careless about the guests. There is no air conditioning, you are literally sweating while eating inside. The room: It was dirty on the balcony, no one cleaned the balcony throughout the stay. The mattress was too soft, not comfortable. Bar inside: The quality of of beverages ( soft drinks, alcohol) is of low quality, The coffee does not taste good either, about 80% Robust. There is no wine list to have a choice of better type of beverages. Beach: Anyone, NOT only the guests of the hotels, may use a sun bed . We were rejected to take a sun bed we wanted, because someone had reserved and paid it beforehand. The beach is dirty, gets crowded from Friday till Sunday by locals.

Good location, close to beach, but food was ok at best

Very very clean. There is staff cleaning all the time. Rooms are also very clean, daily cleaning and new towels. Location is also very close to the beach through the forest with lights - beautiful. All staff members were very kind and helpful, 10 out of 10 for staff. Food never ends and it was not crowded. Pool is great for kids.

The food was same each day, mainly pasta. One dish is fish, two dishes meat and everything else is pasta and potatoes. Vegetables were really tasteless. What was not eaten on the day was prepared in a different way the next day. Although the hotel is probably 2 years old, rooms are showing its age.

Overall a very pleasant stay, I'd definitely recommend it to others and come back with my family!

Fantastic food, very tasty, good variety, great food for kids, seafood for adults, options for vegetarians too.

People smoking around the pool area, people smoking at the hotel beach, and in/near restaurants.

Great location, direct access to the beach, exceptional staff.

The staff is golden. Especially the crew at the restaurant, bar and beach bar. Every single one of them is very friendly, they mostly speak English very well, they are very good with kids, really the heart of the hotel.

The pool can sometimes be a bit poorly maintaned and can have quite a lot of sand on the floor, bugs and trash around it.

Great place in Albania to spend your family vacation

The hotel is really nice! The rooms are spacious and clean. The all inclusive is great - there is variety of food with plenty of seafood options. The staff is really polite and friendly, always ready to help you. The beach is also great - a walk through pine trees to get there. Kids animation in the evenings was also a great idea.

Therefore the hotel is located outside the village, so there are not many options for different activities.

Great beach resort, family friendly

The location is great for an All Inclusive Resort because there isn`t really much to do outside of the resort. You can walk up and down the boardwalk right at the beach though, which is a very nice stroll. Along the beach you will see lots of other bars and restaurants, but not really shops/stores. The beach was really nice, clean, good sand, not too crowded. The water was still cold when we were there (mid June) but it was nice to lay out at the beach. The restaurant at the hotel had really great food! Lots of options and also healthy and fresh food, not just the typical fried buffet stuff. Drinks were included in the All Inclusive package too, but only beer, wine and a few liqors plus juice/water/sodas. The beach bar was a nice addition and made a beach day very comfortable because they had drinks, afternoon snacks and restrooms right by the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and air conditioning. We were even able to checkin a bit early.

The pool area is a bit small and is taken oven by the families with smaller children. So we didn´t spend any time there. In general this is a very family friendly hotel. Good for families but a bit annoying for couples without children that want to have quiet time.

Staff super friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. Food was excellent with lots of options for diverse diets you might have. Nice clean private beach.

Pools area was somewhat small and simple. There was always a stair so that was a small inconvenience in terms of accessibility.

Lovely quality hotel and service, nice little pool and just a short walk to beach and the hotel beach bar.

The property was very clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had all inclusive option. The food was always good. Snacks late afternoon at the beach with ice cream was a nice little bonus. The beach is fantastic - such lovely sand! Just a short walk. The bar staff at hotel and beach bar were xlnt. About one hour from Tirana airport - hotel arranged taxi to and from airport for us.

I would struggle to fault this property from description advised before - all was as advertised.

Great stay! Would definitely comeback.

It is a very new building. All the installations are new, functional and top quality. The staff is beyond amazing, always ready to help, lots of sympathy and makes you feel welcome. The all inclusive buffet is good: breakfast, lunch and dinner has plenty of options and diversity. The snacks in the afternoon could be more diverse but it is fine. The local drinks included, for me, was not disappointing and had all the necessary and beyond: beer, raki, water, juice, coffee, kakao, soda, etc. The hotel building is regularly cleaned and the room was also very clean and could be cleaned upon request. The path to the beach is very beautiful, smells good with the pine trees and is well illuminated. Wi-Fi worked well even in the beach.

The beach bar was not available during our stay, so we had to go to the restaurant to get served (for us, no problem on that). Also, the beach bar and the restaurant are separate from the hotel building and the maintenance there seems somehow below the hotel average: we see broken woods in the path to the sand, the bar itself had rust and seemed abandoned. The hotel is mainly (if not only) accessible by car.

Best place to spend quality time.

A new hotel, near beach, a place to play kids in a pine forest . Bar beach open from 7 am until late evening, clean, the personal verry nice . It is the ideal place for families, or young couple to spend nice, quality time . And.. the price is verry god.

There was a problem with mosquitos in the evening, but in my opinion a minor problem .

Unbelievable place to stay! Food was so so nice! Rooms were so clean and got cleaned everyday! The staff were so nice and so helpful Easy access to the beach and very comfortable sun beds! All round brilliant venue!

I loved the room, they where huge. We were 2 adults and 3 children and one room was perfect. It was clean in the room. The staff were so nice! The manager even asked us how he can improve and make it better for the guests. This is a hotel who really care about their guests wellbeeing. The pool was great with one childrenspart and one deep part. They had this path to the sea through the forrest, it was so cool.

The internet stopped often especially in the room, and you needed to restart. The pool was not heated but I guess it was ok when it was so warm. Thats why they only had the pool open during the day I guess. I really missed taking and early or late swim. The food was delicious but in a way monoton, not many changes in the meny.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel

The hotel has a very nice location close to a new playground and a little forest with a paved way through it (and lights at night that romantically guide the way to the beach). The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and the cleaning staff basically did everything we asked for. Generally, the staff - most and for all the receptionists - was super friendly, and again, fulfilled all requests from our side (some of them were definitely non-standard) as best as they could. The food was good, and the hotel offers meals for every taste. The hotel is indeed occupied by a lot of families and very kids friendly. The beach is super sandy, and suitable for any beach activity you could imagine. We were happy to be in Albania in that hotel!

Beautiful, clean, modern & family friendly hotel with delicious food, pool and close to the beach

- very friendly, hard-working & professional staff - due to a flight delay we arrived late in the night and they still prepared dinner for us! - super delicious food - we had the all inclusive package and loved the buffets! delicious sea food, international and local dishes! also the snack and drinks at the beach bar were highly appreciated by the whole family - Location - close to the beach - Family- friendly - we got a baby-bed (we did not even need to ask for it), baby-chair and there is a kids pool and playground - Hotel and pool - Everything is modern, clean and stylish

We arrived bit late and could not find the hotel, so, we called them and the owner came and got us. It was after 21h and dinner time was over, however, he said that they kept the buffet so that we can have dinner. On the check out day, we asked to check out later so that we can enjoy longer the beach and take shower and pack afterwards. They agreed and said that we are also invited for free for lunch! This kind if a treatment you only get in family-run small hotels!! Everything else was just perfect, the tasty and high quolity food, clean facility and toiletts at the beach bar, perfect location. We will for sure go back to this hotel - thank you very much!
