About this cabin rental

Bring the boat and enjoy our two bedroom log cabin overlooking beautiful Douglas Lake in the Flat Community. Gorgeous sunsets from the deck. Access to the lake to our private ramp. Plenty of parking for two cars as well as your boat and trailer. Private boat dock on property. Douglas lake is full through about mid August as shown in the pics. Did you know that the month of March is one of the best for Croppie fishing?

Two bedroom log cabin with 2 1/2 baths. One king bed. One queen bed. And a sofa sleeper to accommodate up to six people.

We all had a great time. The house was very clean and very comfortable. All 3 floors stayed nice and cool, the beds were very soft and cozy, and we had pleanty of hot water. The owners were very nice and helpful. If we are ever in this area again, this property is where we will stay. Thanks

We loved our stay. The only downfall is the distance from the boat dock to the cabin, and it's on a hillside. Otherwise the cabin is very cozy and comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. We loved Douglas Lake, and we will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to be able to dock our boat in front of the property. The owners live right next door and Joe was amazingly helpful n getting the boat launched our first night. We spent mornings and evenings on the lake and toured the National Park or Pigeon Forge during the afternoons. It was an extremely hot week but the house stayed nice and cool.

If you are looking for a cabin on Douglas lake and sort of away from everyone this is a great pick! We had a wonderful time and the owners were amazing and very helpful! 100% recommend this cabin!

Had a great time, owners are extremely helpful. Stayed there with a couple buddies for a fishing trip and was able to shore the boat behind the owners home with no issues. Recomended for fishing douglas

This was out where we stayed for our half way point to Florida and it was great! A little away from town due to being in the mountains, but it was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again! We were even able to meet the owners at one point and they are super nice!

The cabin was located at the lake, but no one mentioned the lake was down 50 ft for winter pool and you had to walk on other property to go fishing. The kids enjoyed playing pool while my husband and I enjoyed the hottub on the back deck. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 was because of the carpet. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Nice cabin stay for small family. Priced right. Drive can be quite stressful. Will spend plenty of time driving to activities if not staying in summer and taking advantage of lake. If snow is on road buckle up!!!

The check in & check out process was the easiest we have ever experienced! The cabin was absolutely spotless and so clean! This cabin is tucked away from all the city chaos(which is a 10/10 in our book) The views of the sunset & sunrise are incredible! Absolutely loved the opportunity to be able to bring your own boat/watercraft! Something you don’t normally expect for a mountain trip! We will be booking again and look forward to our next stay!

The property was as advertised. It was clean, linens and towels fully stocked. The check in and check out procedures were very convenient. The property was in immaculate condition. The property is located on the lake and the morning and evening views were beautiful. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway. I would recommend staying here.

It was a very good location only a short drive to pigeon forge and the boat launch was very close. The owners were very nice and offered to help any way possible for docking the boat with the water being down. Would recommend the location!

It was quiet and definitely away from the hussel and bussel, the only thing I would change is maybe a little bit smaller pool table or a little bigger area for it and the hot tub was a little dirty. The owners were nice and the beds were very comfy! Nice cabin and nice area!

Needs work done to it and lots of cleaning. Did have bugs in kitchen area. Good cabin to rent for younger adults and older children. Very nice people that owns the cabin. The cabin has all the cooking pots, pans, and utensils you need just wash them first. Just check things out first.

Wonderful 8 night trip to Ivey Cove. From the minute we got there the hosts were nothing but accommodating to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The view of the lake from the master bedroom was beautiful. Dock in a quiet cove to keep your boat and easy access out to the main lake. Would highly recommend this cabin for your trip to the smokey mountains.

There were ants and roaches in the kitchen even after we went and cleaned everything up. The filter for the hot tub was black. The bathroom was dirty grime on the wall.

This cabin was very cozy and just remote enough to provide a quiet place to recharge from the day's activities. Its not so far from Gatlinburg that you couldn't go to the Dollywood Waterpark in the A.M. and then head "home" for lunch and relaxation before hitting Dollywood in the afternoon. Loved everything about the cabin but really wish I had brought my boat and old have convinced my vacation mates to spend more time on the water than out in town. Maybe next time. I would totally come back here in the future.

It was a nice house but needs some updating. The hot tub water was dirty and the deck it was sitting on was grossly underbuilt for the weight on it. Aside from that the beds were very comfortable, the house was adequate, and the property it was on was beautiful.

The cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay! There are several light bulbs either missing or blown. Also, the ceiling fans were very dusty! The only suggestion is maybe to add privacy blinds on the deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

I was confused when we arrived because we read such gleaming reviews that lead to our decision to staying here. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was a very musty smell throughout the whole house. The refrigerator/freezer reeked of stinky fish, to where we didn't even put our food in. Also, the fridge side didn't even keep anything cold. The hot tub had sand in the seats and there was a dirty brown film on the top and only maybe half of the jets worked. The location was wonderful and the porch was great for sitting outside. The inside left much to be desired.

This property was a nice place to stay for a week. It was very quiet in a nice peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view. The lake did not come as close to the house as my son had hoped so he could fish but the water had receded when we got there so he pretty much gave up on that. It did say on our papers a road to take in order to access the lake but I guess he didn’t want to do that. We could still see the lake and it was beautiful. The only other thing I would even suggest would be a tv in the basement downstairs. My teenagers and husband would’ve enjoyed one while playing pool I believe. Otherwise lovely home, we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

The hosts were extra friendly. They gave us a cord for charging our boat and offered to help us get it in the water. The cabin is beautiful and has a great view of the lake.

We really enjoyed our week at douglas lake at this location. What we really appreciated was that our hosts were next door. It made us feel at home and safe and they were spot in and quick to respond with anything. Highly recommend this location if you want visit Douglas lake, especially if you have a boat, we brought ours! So close as well to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge!!! Wow!
