We had 4 families. Each family had their own space. The first floor had a nice big table where we could all hang out together for drinks and game time while the children slept. Nice walk to the beach. You will want to bring a beach “wagon.” Great yard with big table for outdoor dining as well. Perfect vacation with lots of beach time and relaxation. Great location with walking distance to souvenir shopping and restaurants.

This beach house is perfect for an extended family reunion as it has three seperate floors inclding thier own kitchens on each floor. Plenty of bed space. Easy walk to the beach. We were only 5, Mom, Dad, Grandma and 2 children, 3 & 7, but the different layouts to the floors offerend lots of selections for best sleeping arrangements. While some reviews complain that the first floor is outdated in this house, we found the 1909 vintage style homey and comfortable and perfect for the beach.

Great location and size
We stayed at the house with our 11 grandchildren and various other family members. The size of the house fit us perfectly and was the main reason for renting it. Also the location was perfect as we walked to the beach everyday with all the grandchildren in tow.
The second and third floor of the house are lovely as is the loft. We have no complaints about that.
The first floor however is in need of updating and repairs. The lack of AC was not an issue last week because the evenings cooled down a bit but had it been hot, it would have the potential to be very uncomfortable. Because the first floor is so old, doorknobs easily came off and the bathroom shower knob came off once or twice. All in all the first floor really needs to be updated.
I was a little surprised that there weren’t any yard games or beach toys, chairs etc to use as every other house we have rented at a beach provided those.
However, all things considered we had a wonderful time and would consider renting again if some of the things were addressed.

Great location, house OK
House is not in great condition but space is ample, backyard is nice and location is perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not likely stay again.

Great location, portions could use updating
The third floor is beautiful, with a loft and sweeping views as you can see in the photos. That was a great place for the younger children as the older folks stayed downstairs. The first floor has not been updated for some time and does not have any air conditioning at all; it got quite hot in there for some of the guests. Some of the first floor blinds were also damaged. There is a large backyard, dining table, and fire pit on the property. If the first floor is modernized we'd definitely come back.

Perfect location
Perfect location. Home can definitely use some updating. Large house , but layout can be inconvenient for a large group. Also, mattresses were really uncomfortable. Disappointed in the backyard, there is a 6 person patio table on the back lawn, a larger deck/patio area is needed to accommodate a large group. There was no place for the entire party of 14 to eat together. We made the most of it, but improvements would be needed for us to stay here again.

Location can't be beat
The location can't be beat, how ever be warned that you are not renting a whole house. There are other people living on the base floor and this was news to us when we arrived. It was awkward to be outside and moving around the house with other people there. There have been some nice upgrades to the house and overall it had what we needed, how ever it is a historic house and a bit of an odd configuration. Beds/mattresses could use an upgrade. Property manager was responsive.
